Proximity to city centre. 10 minute walk to Universitate Metro station and the Visitor Centre, which is in the same complex and the Metro.

Breakfast was oustanding, and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Some of the staff were very friendly and attentive.

There was seldom anyone at the reception, even at times that might be expected to be peak times for people checking in and out.

I spent 4 nights, the first 2 in a double room and the last 2 in a single room, on the second floor. I have no complaints regarding the double room, it was large, clean, comfortable and full of light. The small room though smelled awful, I think there is a sewage problem on the upper floors which made the experience horrible. I tried everything: to cover the drain with a towel, pour water into it, pour all sorts of cleaning solutions, kept the window open for 2 days, kept the fan on continuously. Nothing helped. It smelled like in a sewer, I preferred to spend my time outside but I still had to sleep there. I asked for a different room but the hotel was full. The only thing that kept me from asking a full refund and leaving was the lovely staff, who kept apologizing and trying to find solution. They are the only reason I am giving the hotel a 6. The owner needs to solve this problem and stop renting the upper floor rooms until then. The breakfast was also mediocre.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood in an elegant building. The room was spacious and had a well-functioning air conditioner. The breakfast was a bit limited but excellent.

Room was huge, lovely rooms, overall very clean and comfortable.

Breakfast was not good. The noise from the neighbours above got us up at 5am. Glasses were filthy and there is literally no sign for the hotel so we drove past it 3 times. Also we parked were we were told to by the staff, only to get an angry note on our car the next day from a neighbour.

The front desk was not staffed most of the time and it was a hassle to get any service. The worst part, we had room nr 2 and we could hear everyone that walked through the front door, couldn't get any sleep till past midnight and we were up again at 6:25 AM when people started coming down the stairs.( soundproofing is terrible). Gorgeous property, however, the way it's run now, I wouldn't book it again. Breakfast choices are quite poor for someone health conscious. 8 different cereals, all in the original bags, all full of sugar and/or chocolate.

Great location! New hotel. Room was spacious, and was comfortable for our family. Staff was kind. Breakfast was adequate. There was construction beside the hotel, which was a little noisy. Other than that, I highly recommend the hotel!

I think for the cost, maybe breakfast could be better and mattresses were not very firm/ comfortable.

Great location and only about a 15 min walk from thebold town. The place doesnt have the feel of a hotel which makes it nice but also too quiet.The staff were supernice, the breakfast was fresh and diversive.I loved the bathroom products.Regarding the cleaning, each day bed was made but bathroom hasnt been cleaned during my stay (4nights).
