Not properly maintained .First room the AC didnt workThe second room the shower didnt work properly and didnt drain water.

The location is pretty good

In the first room the AC didnt work so they changed our room. In the second room the shower head didn’t work and there was a drainage problem. The place have big potential but its not maintained properly.

Excellent location, underground parking, spacious room/rooms, apartment with all you need if you choose to book an apartment

Breakfast was very poor unfortunately

The air conditioner didn’t work. The couldn’t open the windows. And was very hot

The hotel is located not far from the Old Town. It has underground parking and a simple breakfast. The apartment has large rooms and its own kitchen.

The room maintenance could be improved. (The sewer system should be checked, as the conditioner isn't working properly.)

I really liked the room, which was spacious and nicely designed for our whole group, allowing us to stay together in one suite.

There wasn’t a big selection for breakfast.

The elevator was out of order and the room was on the 5th floor

Location is ok though not in the very center of the city, approx 30 min walk.

Dated, stained furniture, mold in the bathroom, sparse toiletries, unclean feeling overall.

Nice studio flat with little kitchenet.

You need to ask if you require any cutlery or pans or plates.

It only had an indoor parking lot. The towels were clean

The street where the hotel is located felt very deserted, especially at night. Walking back late, we didn’t feel safe at all. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was extremely poor. We stayed in a suite, but the living room had an improvised bed made from a couch, which was very uncomfortable. The covers were dirty and appeared unwashed. The kitchen was unhygienic and not really usable. The bathroom had visible mold around the shower cabin. The area around the electrical outlets was filthy – we were disgusted just touching them.While the bed sheets were thankfully clean, the balcony furniture was not. Even the ashtrays were very dirty.We had a very difficult night and honestly can’t understand how some guests left positive reviews. I booked this place based on those reviews and deeply regret it. Just a few hours after arriving, I started searching for another hotel, but unfortunately couldn’t find availability and had to spend one night here in Bucharest.

The property is clean and with good location.

The woman from front desk in the morning shift was rude

Convinient location and free parking was really big plus.

We had a bottle of water left from the hotel which.... was opened and instead of water it was filled with bleach, my wife almost drank from it during the night. I guess someone from the staff got the wrong bottle, good thing some kids didn't drink from it!

nice kitchen, but not equipped enough, no plates, cutlery....

The staff and the position are great. The rooms are clean and well ecquipped.

There is a sewage smell especially at night (we were at fifth floor), there is little water running when showering, the shower doors do not close completely, the quality of the bed and the pillows are not the best.
