The host, Vlad was very friendly, professional and helpful. The 2 room accommodation was very neat.

The location itself is not in the city center, but it is very well connected. There's a bus and a tram station just outside, and metro station within a 5 minute walk. Can't complain really, for this price and during new years holidays.

Location was convenient for our needs

Mold in the bathroom, hair in the shower, towels very old and worn out. When we told at front desk they didn’t even apologize.

We were greeted by a receptionist named Vlad. He was very kind and even upgraded our room, noting that the service was excellent.

The hotel room is clean, breakfast is tasty and the staff is friendly - especially Vlad, who was amazing and helpfull

The bathroom could use and update.

Check-inn: fast, friendly and functional. (Remark: receptionist with excellent sense of humor !!!?)Room: Got an upgrade to an apartment….. HUGE!!! (Really too bad I was only there to sleep) clean spacious, so big it was almost big enough for my ego…. Really incredible large bedroom and dito living room. Would easily fit a complete family!Breakfast: nice, good quality, quantity and very diverse. Also here, the staff very friendly and with a smile! Check-out: fast friendly and functionalParking: super when travelling by car, close to outer ring. Convenient parking in the back of hotelLocation: a bit further from the city center, but that is why there was a Uber.There are multiple small shops/supermarkets around, gas station….. So: very convenient!

What I did not like: the time I was staying here…. Too short.But for sure for travelling for work in Bucharest, this will be our stop!

A room was very comfortable and spacy. A breakfast was delicious, and there was also a great coffee there. Furthermore, it is located in the nice area in the close proximity of the Laminor hall - exhibition place, and the city centre. However, the best impression on me left Vlad from the reception, who has shown a great hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. Also he was very responsive regarding our requests prior to our stay. Every recommendation!

I had one room apartment and it was great. Spacious, the living was nice, everything was as it should be. The furniture is not very new and modern, but I felt good in the room. The light was pretty poor, but in a hotel room it's ok. The bathroom was nice, clean and I had everything there.Good breakfast.

Parking is in the backyard, not so easy to access.

Personal , Paweł was the most help, had problems with my reservaton and fixed it in no time, very much recommend

The rooms are spacious and kept very clean and breakfast is extremely good, everything is fresh and all pastry is homemade ( extremely rare at a hotel). Also, the staff is very kind. I have to thank Vlad the receptionist for being so helpful and making us feel welcomed. We will come back for sure.

Vlad is the best what this hotel got, this guy do everything to make Your stay good.

Breakfast in 4 start Hótel supposed to be better prepare. Need someone all the time carrying is something miss. Is normal that around 8 o’clock is no fresh bread any more, and you can eat only toasts… the same with scramble egg… Air condition in the rooms is dirty and definitely need some inspection.

The location and the price compare with other accommodation

The receptionist staff beside one lady ( that was ok ) , the other 2 guys were unprofessional, specially one of them ( the small guy ) that after I asked him that I have a problem with the AirConditioner , he joked with me like I am his classmate buddy . Couple of things that show their unprofessional attitude : don’t help woman to carry her luggages, or just show the way to elevators ; entering in the hotel room with the shoes on .

Relax and good mood, I think that Vlad, the boy at the reception should be manager ,, a very attentive man and always willing to help, I liked that he shows respect to everyone, he does an excellent job, I will definitely return to the same hotel !

The pillows are uncomfortable, I think they should be a little more softer!

Some suggestions for improvement:- offer fruitsallad or slices of seasonal fruits ( eg melon, orange, grapes)offer orange juice in bottles rather than almost empty tank)-refill the used tea/coffee types in the room-cool the fridge before the guest arrival and place some complimentsry beverages eg 1 plain and 1 carb. water bottle offer umbrellas for loan for ex by placing some by the hotel reception with some message/instructions-service the entrance door since it is too heavy

Very nice hotel, very clean, nice staff, good food for breakfast. Good location and good value for quality of service.
