the water in the shower were hot, but we wish it was hotter. The water jet was very weakIn breakfast was a boy (son of one of the staff) that was going through the buffet, eating from the bowls from the shared spoon and putting the spoon back to the bowl. Staff saw that and laughed. It was really gross. Will not come back

The staff is very friendly, accommodating and very helpful. Located very close to the middle of the old town it is perfect for a quick stop and stroll on the old happy alleys of the Bucharest of olden times. But the facilities are modern and stylish. Food and bar are both execellent. Try some fancy martinis.

The carpet was stained, the phone was next to the bed, the floor sinks a bit in some areas and has a cracking sound

The kitchen serve served me a raw hamburger. However, the server made up for it for being an excellent representation of customer service.

Perfect location - everything was within walking distance. The room was very good and convenient. The staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay. We tried the breakfast once and found a good variety of options to choose from. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

The only downside worth mentioning is the ventilation/smell isolation. At times, food smells could be noticed, especially around breakfast hours.

Location was very central and couldn't be better. Breakfast was good. Rooms were well designed and comfortable.

Hotel was near old town Bucharest. You could walk a few blocks and be in the heart of old town "vibe". The staff was top notch and helpful for everything I needed. They helped me book a private ride to Therme Bucharest (highly suggest going to see this !!!!) I was traveling alone so liked that they had a car service they used. The hotels rooms were very clean and beds and linens were very comfortable. I also enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet. It actually offered anything you could want for breakfast including omelets and eggs cooked to order. This location is within walking distance to many tourist sites in Bucharest. I would stay here again!!!! top rated for me. About 25 minutes from the OTP Airport. The area around the hotel is right in the heart of the city, so you're on some main streets, but walking around is easy. Felt very safe walking around alone.

I liked everything

The staff was particularly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good. The location was superb.

Perfect location in old town that walkable to lots of attractions, many cafe and restaurant near by. It is also only less than 6-7” leisure walk to bus number 100 (to Airport) University stop. This was my second time on this trip that we stayed here, this time we got a room on 7th floor that has high ceiling and full side glasses window. Room has strong WiFi, best air conditioning and good water pressure. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were professional but friendly and polite. We did really enjoy staying here and will choose to stay here again if coming back to Bucharest.

It would be nice if TV has more English subtitles channel for guest.

The water in the bathroom sink was not hot enough.The line was too long at checkout.The hotel did not reply to messages before arrival (on the booking.com messages platform).

The best hotel & location that we had ever threw booking. Not mantioning the cheep price. We even made our jurney for a day to come back again to this hotel. And it even cost less for upgrade to king bedroom. No words

The location in the old town with easy walkable to lots of attractions and lots of restaurant, coffee shops. The building is beautiful and room was comfortable, the strong WiFi, good water pressure. The staffs were professional but friendly and helpful.

In my opinion the price was too expensive compared to the same type of hotel in another Europe city.

The location was perfect for Old Town. There were multiple restaurants in and around the hotel. The staff was very helpful, giving up local tourist recommendations.

They don't offer on-site free coffee outside the room. In the afternoon, they did offer lemon water, which was refreshing after a long day outside. However, coffee in the morning would have been a nice bonus.
