Hotel Cantemir

Staff is the most friendly people!! We were very comfortable and satisfied with the cantemir hotel! The location is great as its only 10 mins walk from the old town. The room was clean and had all we needed! Highly recommend!!☀️

Nice big clean room, friendly staff and good location.

The staff was top-notch, they helped us with everything, and the ladies at the reception desk were really nice. The room had AC, a must have in Bucharest during the summer. The breakfast was ok, pretty standard stuff. The parking was free, even though small we got lucky and we always found a parking spot. The bed was comfortable, we had enough towels and the sheets were clean. The location is great, 15-minute walk to the city centre.

The room had some furniture that was a bit old, but everything functional. There were some dirty corners in the room.

The staff is nice, have parking slot, good for who drive to the hotel.

Location was near old town,was lucky to have parking by hotel,breakfast was ok. I got 1 upgraded room which was alot more convenient and spacious

Hotel is located very convenient near Tineretului metro station. There was a small fridge in the room and also an AC unit. I recommend to have breakfast because has a lot of options, for the price you pay. Above all, staff were very polite and professional, doing their best to make your stay memorable. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

There is absolutely no ventilation in the bathroom. It smells like sewage. Horrible breakfast. Nothing to eat at all. Smoking in the hotel!!!!!!! It stinks of cigarettes everywhere.

We’ve had a great stay in this hotel. It’s a bit away from the busy road, but still quite central. Inside it’s quiet and cosy. The room is quite basic (and the hotel itself is also not very new) but nicely decorated and with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was included and it was very good with some food variety. I’d like to thank the hotel staff (especially 2 female staff members I’ve talked to) for being so welcoming, warm-hearted and helpful! We had to leave very early for our flight and the staff packed us very generous breakfast, thank you?

Hotel is easy to get to from Gara de Nord station on the metro. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly. Everything in my room was spotless upon arrival and worked properly. There is a lift up to the upper floors. I enjoyed my stay here!

Everything. The location, the way the place looked like, and the staff. Staff is the most amazing thing about this place. The gentlemen from reception is a 5* person, so well mannered, so kind, so smart, and so nice. The lady from breakfast area, such a lovely person, kind, she pays attention to details, she remembered how we liked the coffee and started making it before we sat down. everyone is nice, and they made us feel like part of a family.

Cleanliness You must impose your staff to clean the hotel perfect. The bathroom had a smell into bedroom of pee. This is not acceptable. Bucharest town centre and you provide inch services. Room also not very clean but the bathroom floor it’s a disaster.

Staff went above and beyond as we knew beforehand we would miss breakfast in one of the two days because of a personal appointment.

Bathroom was very clean but there was a weird smell in the beginning.

The location is excellent, right near a bus-station and grocery, and only a short walk or ride from some excellent sights, shopping, and restaurants. The rooms were clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was filling and convenient.

Staff was very friendly and will help you on everything you can ask. 24Hr service is very convenient for everything ! Breakfast was superb !!!
