FANTASTIC LOCATION, ALL WE NEEDED WAS HERE, STAFF EXCELLENT, ROOM ALWAYS CLEANED SPOTLESS, COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE, RECOMMEND IT TO ALL...

NOTHING TO DISLIKE AT ALL....

It was pretty close to where we needed to go over the weekend.Room is spacious too and got a nice balcony to sit down, relax and take the sun in.

All staff, especially the Manager Eduardo and the front desk agent Ona who are exceptional,were professional and efficient. The room and all facilities were clean and well maintained. The cafeteria is a good place to start and finish your day.

The swimming pool was closed which was frustrating .

Room and bed was comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Breakfast it although was served from a local cafeteria 20 yards from hotel, the food was very basic and hot food was cold.

Cafeteria could be a little larger

Firstly the staff were very helpful and friendly - the reception is manned 24/7. Although I arrived early my room was ready and i was pleased to see that I had a balcony and a bath - I think all the rooms on the ground floor have these facilities. The room was very clean and the bed was firm and comfortable. everyone in my party slept very well - it was very quiet and the black black out curtains helped too. The swimming pool was large, very clean and there were plenty of sunbeds as well as tables and chairs. The gardens are very well kept too. We were all very surprised at how good the help-yourself breakfast was considering was considering it costs so little - it is well worth adding it to your booking. The cafeteria on site was open until late which pleased us as we all fancied a drink when we returned from seeing The Cirque de Soleil. There was plenty of on site parking which was only 5 euros overnight.The hotel is just behind a Repsol garage which had a well-stocked little shop. All in all an excellent little hotel for a night or two in ALicante.

- Very comfortable beds.- The room was very light and airy, and had a lovely big balcony.- We loved the swimming pool area.- Parking was easy and convenient outside the door of the room.- Helpful and friendly staff.- The adjacent cafeteria was convenient, and offered a range of food and drink options.- The room had a small refrigerator.

- The air conditioning was tricky to operate. It is designed to switch itself off, every time the patio doors are opened, and it was often difficult to get it working again once back inside the room. It made us reticent to use the patio, because every time we opened the patio doors to exit or enter, the room would be without AC for quite a long time, and we would have to keep opening and shutting the patio doors to get the AC to work again. At one point, we even had to ask for help from staff to get the AC to switch itself on again.- The motel is on a busy highway, so you really need to car to get to the beach and other amenities.- I really feel that parking should be free for hotel guests, given the location of the hotel on a busy highway, and seeing as the the whole place is designed like a US motel with parking outside the rooms.

Rooms were OK, parking available. Service from reception good. Easy to find. Walking distance to nearest Carrefour, which had burger king and other eateries. Air conditioned rooms.

More pillows would be good, though they were provided on request. Kettle and coffee facilities were in reception rather than in the rooms so a bit of a pain. There were also no cups, only very small paper ones. Had to pay for parking, which I don't recall being mentioned when booking.

Clean, big, lovely staff, and parking.

10 minute drive to San Juan beach. Parking (5€). Clean. Café. Pool.

Small room, bathroom smelled bad, no coffee facilities, there was nothing around the hotel.

Was able to bring the dog to get away from anti social noise at our local fiesta

Was told dog could go anywhere but inside Cafe and fuel area then found no dogs signs on the pool area. Cafe appears to close at 4pm on weekdays which is the check in time, most inconvenient, needs to open until 5pm at least.

I liked the location of the parking in front of the Room. Very clean and large room.

I didn't really like the entrance from the main road.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Easy to find location.

It was a 30 min walk to the beach. Someone was able to mistakenly access our room in the early hours of the morning with their room key, giving us quite a fright. The shower gel dispenser didn't work. The bar/cafe closes at 4pm and there is no other in walking distance. Motel located behind a 24 hrs petrol station on a main road so traffic noise all night. Patio doors handle was broken so making it difficult to use.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Most spoke English which was great help.

For me it was a motel more than a 3-star hotel. It's good for one night. We spent there 4 nights which was quite tiring: only one chair in the room for two people, no glasses, no water, no kettle. The hotel is far from everything, only near the road and the petrol station, so it made me surprised that guests have to pay for the parking

The beds were decent, but the room was not very clean. The shower was ok. The location was quite noisy when people from other rooms are outside.

Noisy when you have the window open, a lot of noise from other hotel guests. The room was not very clean, sand on the floor.

Parking is so convenient! You can park directly at the door. The location is great, with direct access to the highway. The small indoor balcony also has a good view. all is well.

Clean and tidy, helpful and nice staff always available for help made my stay enjoyable
