Clean, very nice staff. Had a great time in the lounge eating tapas and drinks. Receptionist set up a taxi for our departure.Very clean and comfortable room. Overall a good experience

Not quite as close to Barcelona as we had planned. almost 30 miles out of town.

Location is perfect for the local town, businesses etc. Clean and spacious rooms. Great staff that couldn’t have been more helpful. Lovely bar area and restaurant, outside terrace, plenty of free parking right outside on the street. Large shopping centre 10 mins walk away and town 5 mins walk away.

The bed was clean and comfortable, but the edge of the bed was sagging quite a lot, meaning that I almost fell out of bed several times. I didn’t complain about it or I’m sure they would have sorted it out, but it was a relatively small thing compared to all the positives.

Good selection on breakfast buffet. Train station is approx. 15 min walk away. It takes 40 minutes into Barcelona pl. Catalonia by train. We found a car rental place down the road. We rented a car for 2 days and went to Montserrat and Andorra. Beneficial if you speak Spanish. We got by with our little Spanish and hands as the staff there don't speak English.

Unfortunately the restaurant was closed while we were there. I believe due to Christmas and new year. We found some local restaurants within 15 - 20 min. walking distance. Good thing it was very reasonable priced,

I loved the shower with the rain shower ! It was raining so I was soaked and could get a nice hot shower. Also the bed and duvet was really nice.Staff was very nice and the restaurant was still open at 21,45

The sallad I had was a bit boring and could have brought some bread with it.

Staff are very friendly and eager to help. They were patient with our language barrier. The hotel is clean and has a basic but wholesome food menu which is more than what you need. It's not over complicated which I like. Breakfast is buffet style and has all the normal foods you would expect.

The room I was in was not the same as the images on booking.com. Felt a bit disappointed as I booked this based on what was shown. This is not a reflection on the hotel as it could be booking.com

The staff was excellent Everyone was so kind friendly and very helpful .I liked the breakfast, the coffee and the cleaning place.the room and facilities are very nice.The area was a nice, metro station very close walking distance In general I really enjoyed.

Exceptional

they gave us two rooms instead of one as we were 4 people but the rooms were close to each other. Everything else was very good

Noisy thin walls but staff was attentive to make noisy guests quiet down.

Perfect location for my business. A parking place inside, a terrace (with Jacuzzy I didn't seeeratove though) supportive staff 24/7Plenty of water, easy to have comfy shower (or bath)

Under the beds no cleaning happens that frequently... Design/style somewhat basic and maybe cheap but correct

This hotel was certainly very conveniently located for the places I had to go to. Room was small but ok, bathroom clean but very basic. The restaurant only serves some bar food but is certainly a nice place to wind down at the end of the day with a beer. Basic breakfast is served there in the morning. Parking is free of charge, curbside. Staff is accomodating and friendly, but some don't speak English.

The walls are so thin, I could literally hear everything my neighbors were doing. And I mean: everything. I was woken up several times a night by slamming doors, my bed was shaking. Matress was rather uncomfortable. Restaurant is really not for dinner, just bar food.

A surprising highlight was the hotel’s restaurant and bar - the burgers are a must-try, absolutely delicious! What truly made our stay memorable was the staff; they were incredibly warm and friendly. I hope they address the room issues, as their hospitality and culinary offerings are commendable.

The rooms, though small, were clean. However, the pervasive cigarette smell was quite off-putting, and we had an unpleasant experience with ant or insect bites during the night.

The staff is incredible, I would definitely try to get free breakfast with your stay because it's worth it! The rooms were great, good size and the terrace is really nice even though we came when the jacuzzi wasn't available but it was nice to hang out there. The town of Rubi is quaint and cute and it's a nice place to relax from the hustle and bustle of Barcelona, which is only like a 40-minute train ride away. The train station is about about a 10 minute walk away from the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and comfortable room, with friendly staff. The restaurant was really exceptional - I had dinner there twice and the flavor was really remarkable...the burger was lightly crunchy without being burned and had a great flavor... the same with the "secreto de cerdo" - the chef found the perfect point of making it crunchy and giving it a char-broiled flavor without burning it - it was really good!

Breakfast buffet was fine, but selection was a little limited

The distance to reach the train station is 11min and to reach the center you need 30min train.

Not too crowded, small hotel with the necessary equipment for a short trip.

Very slow service in the restaurant during dinner. We have waited almost half an hour for our drinks.Appetizers were too big portion, impossible to eat everything.

Room smelt of stale smoke, which for non smokers wasn’t appreciated.

The room was fairly clean, however there was ants and shaving in the bathroom.
