Well located. A short 10 minute walk from the train station.It is also close to the Christmas Market.

There wasn't a kettle or microwave or fridge in the room. It is common in Europe not to have a fridge or microwave but not having a kettle to make hot drinks was disappointing.

Late checkin- not before 5 pm!!! No one on premises to answer concerns. Owner lived elsewhere and did not always answer phone.

Location was great. Room was big enough for the price.

There is no actual reception desk, it is the bar of the restaurant and people are not available 24/7. Due to this I believe it should not be listed as a hotel

The toothpaste package cannot be torn open at all. Please tell the manufacturer. Bed side lamp was not plugged in, I wouldn't crawl under a bed at a hotel to find the extension cable. Besides, it's as bright as the sun. Please give a soft night light instead because the room is pitch dark otherwise, and there is a step from bathroom to the bed, if trip and fall, will hit the bed railing painfully.

The location was fantastic! The room was large and the decorated ceiling was gorgeous. It also had a nice spread of toiletry packs, tea/coffee and even to go cups. Check in/out was a total breeze. We smelled the delicious food downstairs but failed to make a reservation. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to eat at the restaurant but the owner took care of us and let us do take away, loaned us silverware, and even helped me get the food up to our room while my husband watched the kids. Also appreciate them being able to accommodate our extra bed request for a small fee. Owners communicate quickly and are so pleasant!

The curtains let in a decent amount of light, if you’re sensitive to that. Didn’t bother us in the slightest.

Great location in the centre of town. The quadrouple room has a lot of character and is perfect for a family, but needs a careful refurbishment to reveal all historical details. The staff is wonderful!

The bathroom needs a complete refurbishment. The quadrouple room has a lot of character and historical features, but needs a careful refurbishment. The carpet flooring is old and does not suit the character of the room. The painting, skirting and doors need to be restored in historical style. The furniture in the room seem erratically composed without any consistency of style.

Hassle free check in. The keys were waiting for us and we could just let ourselves in. The location is also very central to town. Very convenient!

Filthy and worn out carpets and furniture. Small tiles are missing from the bathroom floor. Radiators in all 3 rooms that burble and make loud gargling noises all night. These need bleeding badly. 1 bedroom, the radiators do not work, so there is no heat in the room.

Amazing location, views, price, and historic building. The owner is extremely nice and also owns the restaurant on the ground floor (which is an amazing Italian place).

Bring your own shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. Call the property to get a room on the lower floors if you have difficulty going up more than one flight of stairs. The owner will adjust your booking if you let them know.

Location for ideal for the town centre. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much.

We had difficulty in finding the hotel. No signage and only found it once we went through a door and found our name on a piece of paper. We saw no staff for the three days (two nights) that we were there.

The location was great. Right in the middle of the walled city. Near the city center. Great place to walk from and see everything. Access to the room was easy. It was a local owner.

The room was different because the bathroom was so small that the sink was outside the bathroom. We had to ask for the hair dryer, but he provided.

Great location, good price and cozy room. The Italian restaurant downstairs was also delicious.

We never got in.Never responded to assist until it was hours later and we had to get another room .

Fans need to be supplied in room - especially in the summertime. Room was absolutely boiling - and yes, I know that it tells you to go downstairs and ask for a fan. In fact, I went downstairs twice to ask, one time - no one was there, and the other time, the person told me that i needed to ask someone else but they believed that there weren't any remaining. Aside from this, my stay was great, but fans should be complementary already inside the room.

Marketed as a hotel but is a mere worn guesthouse. No facilities at all. No information beforehand that no staff would be onsite when arriving and no possibility to store luggage when coming before start of check-in. Info on wifi code was not given at check-in.

Authenticity was High - you could just skip the TV too.

Not poosible to cool the room, could have jused a fan.
