Klosterstüble

Good location and staff was friendly. They also speak English well, which is good as my German is not good. :)

No coffee/tea pot in the room. Not a huge deal as everything else is great, but if that matters to you, bring your own or be aware you'll need to make an early morning trek to get coffee/tea. I recommend Brot & Zeit bakery as they are open early.

Amazing hotel in an amazing town. The room and common areas were unique, comfortable and perfect for our family. Great breakfast, but above all the staff was fantastic!

contrast between the ultra modern interior of the room with the middle ages architecture

4th floor with no lift.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. The location was also good.

The smell of the restaurant downstairs reached our room and it wasn't a pleasant smell. Also, due to poor insulation in the hotel, we heard all the noises coming from rooms adjacent to our room.

I loved the location of this hotel. Just off the beaten path, but in the middle of everything it seemed. The Hotel manager was great, and more that willing to help. This would be my hotel stay again, should I ever get back there.

Charming with parking right outside hotel. Great staff, excellent restaurant and centrally located within the wall

Only caution is to anyone with physical handicap as serious stair climbing involved

Beautiful, updated rooms. Friendly, helpful staff.

In Germany, breakfast is typically included with the price of a room. We did not realize that breakfast was an additional cost until we were told at checkout.

Very cozy and clean.Staff was very nice.

Internet was a little slow

Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. The hotel was very nicely appointed, in a quiet location, very close to the city center, and within the city walls. The dining area was rustic and charming. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Nothing negative about our experience here.

Its location and cute style.

No. Everything was perfect!
