The room was wonderful.. large wooden beams very clean

The full sized bed had 2twin mattresses-

Location is perfect and the hotel staff were very friendly. Room was clean with and updated with a great view of the city walls.

Room for 3, comfortable private bathroom. Excellent breakfast included in the price. Location is perfect for Rothenburg ob der Tauber, just 100m or so from town center.

Only complaints: Wi-Fi was weak. Pillows were flat.

Great place for a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Huge room, great parking.

This is a charming hotel in a beautiful picturesque village! We stayed in the large family room on the top floor - amazing views! There were only three of us (it can sleep 5) so it was quite spacious. The bathroom is the size of a small bedroom which contains a large bathtub and separate shower. The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station (many cobblestones, consider your luggage). It's located on a quiet street which is surprising because it's a short 5 minute walk to the center of town. Finally it includes an outstanding full breakfast with many selections. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel receptionist was the sweetest person. The breakfast was large with many offerings. We were able to easily walk to the Christmas market. Parking in the hotel garage was very easy.

We really needed another pillow on the bed!

Loved this cute hotel in Rothenburg! Incredible location. I had the most incredible view from my room. The room was so nicely decorated. The breakfast was really great too and the staff was so helpful! Loved this hotel! It was one of my favorites on my trip through germany for the christmas markets!

Location, staff, breakfast offerings are superior to similar facilities.

We stayed 4 nights. During the day, it would have been convenient (and comfortable because of cold and rain) to enjoy a coffee, beer and or light snack inside the large hotel. It’s a huge building with at least 3 ample and comfortably furnished “sitting” type areas on the ground floor. There is a vending machine that offers various beverages, including beer…however, it would be more charming and personal to have one staff member run a mid day counter for guests (to purchase items) convenience. It’s a relaxing place to hang out, but nothing there to enjoy while one does a mid day break.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. The beds were very comfortable and the staff was wonderful. We were delayed for over 3 hours due to an accident on the highway. We called the hotel since we weren’t going to get checked in on time and they were very accommodating. They left a key and instructions in a key safe for us. We really appreciated their flexibility!

WiFi speed was horrible - similar to dial-up modem speeds way back in the day. I had to use my cellular internet connection to make due..

Located near the town center and attractions like Plönlein. Very clean room and friendly staff. Rooms did not have A/Cs as stated in the explanation, but had no issues with getting fresh airs from the windows.

Would give 10.0 if the breakfast buffet had more variation. Compared to the other very satisfying features, breakfast seemed to be a bit close to an average buffet.

The hotel is super nice with helpful staff and good parking facilities. The room was nice, cool (in July) and quite spacious. We had a comfortable stay while visiting this amazing old medieval city. We'd like to return and for sure will stay again at this hotel.

The location was great and out of the way without being to far away from the main road and shops. You were less than a 2 minute walk from the main roads but heard none of the music and foot traffic, so you could really relax in your room. The staff were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was very clean, the breakfast was great, and the hotel atmosphere made you feel at ease. We will definitely be back.

The pillows were a little flatter than we would've liked and that's just nitpicking for something to fill in here.
