Staff was late to check in. We spoke in German for about 5 minutes, but when she had my passport, switched to English and began our entire conversation over again. It was quite strange.

Greet location, comfortable rooms, outstanding breakfast, reasonable parking fee and the friendliest staff ever.

I could hear some noise from the room above me and people in the halls but for a full house people were respectful, room is small but for the price perfect for one person

I like how clean is it. It's also easy to request if you have something to request on. The receptionist is kind and friendly. The room is perfect!

We liked the clean spacious room and the modern bathroom. Sleeping was comfortable and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we loved the amazing breakfast. Location to the old town is walking distance.

We liked that we could park our car for free in front of the entrance of the hotel. The staff was extremely nice, they explained us so many things, that I forgot half of them. :) Our room was one of the strangest hotel rooms I have ever been to - to get to the childrens room, you had to go from the main room through the bathroom. Actually not a bad idea - I liked it. The breakfast was great. Some 500m from the old city walls. Pretty quite rooms.

I liked everything, besides the absence of AC.

Breakfast was good. There was parking available. Location was a short walk to the old town.

No AC so we had to sleep with the windows open. One side of the bed was up against the wall making it hard to get out of bed. Lots of stairs and no elevator. The room was very small so it was hard for two people to move around. Most staff didn't speak English.

Lovely location, easy walk into the centre of Rothenburg. Comfortable and clean rooms and plenty of parking at the back of the hotel. Ample breakfast for our needs

No elevator, but our host carried our suitcases up the stairs.

We feel that it would have been better if the initial booking price was a bit higher, but with included private parking for hotel guests. Private parking was additionally charged on arrival (without card payment option).
