Good location, quiet, self-checking, big room

Room on the second floor and no lift, too big pillows.

Location is superb, dog friendly with a lovely garden which we relaxed in

The rooms weren’t what we expected. Having booked a two bed apartment for a family we didn’t expect two separate apartments with a share toilet. This took us back on arrival especially with a self service check in, however a quick phone call with the owner meant the toilet wasn’t to be shared with any additional guests

Excellent located, small hotel with lovely garden and quiet rooms. All these accompanied with very friendly and helpful staff.

Poor Internet connection.

What a great location! A cottage in a private courtyard! We cooked a full meal in the kitchenette. The breakfast was tasty and offered so many options. The best pot of filter coffee we had in Bavaria. Delightfully informative hostess.

We needed more chairs at the dinette set on a wet, rainy December day.

No hot water boiler , and nobody take care of things if people come in after 3 pm afternoon , nobody help you if you need something or help ! you have to wait for next day morning .

Bathroom setup was weird but worked out ok.

We stayed in the little house in the garden, it's super cute and romantic with a lot of garden-space around.

The apartment kitchen was very basically equipped. There was no sharp knife and only 2 pans to cook in. Fridge was quite loud.

Electric kettle i got only upon request (was not in the room) not included tea, coffee, sugar. On site parking - not at all. No cleaning room or towels change at the second day of staying

This was one of the cutest hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff was extremely nice and helpful and we couldn't be happier with the room. It is in a perfect location and had a surprising amount of Plug ins (which is not common in a lot of hotels). Very happy with this place and would absolutely stay again.

Location was great ! Beautiful view out of the window and nice clean bathroom. Looks better in real life than on pictures ;)

No garbage bin in the bathroom

Within the city limits and reasonably close to everything. Parking was on the street but free for people with a disabled placard.No elevator, no AC, just a small fan.Breakfast was not included, but available at $16. Only coffee, no specialty drinks.

Rooms were small with no room for luggage. Only one place to sit down . TV was tiny. No shower supplies.I expected more from a Boutique. Not comparable to the one in Prag.

It was a little bit cold in the room. We couldn't adjust the heating so as to warm one of the rooms. Despite that, the experience was wonderful!

Central location

Accomodation misrepresented. We booked a two bedroom apartment - it was two separate rooms with the toilet in the hallway which, another room upstairs also had access to plus the entrance/hallway. We were travelling with children so was not safe or suitable.

The place is in the historical center of the city, and the hotel itself is very pretty.

Wifi connection was terrible, parking was advertised but not there, breakfast a bit expensive, there were dead cockroaches in the bathroom.

A very nice property on the southern end of Rothenburg ob der Tauber. It's well within walking distance of all the wonderful sights Rothenburg has to offer. The room was very large and well-appointed, with a view of the back garden. We had breakfast in the morning, and it was well-balanced.

We arrived a little late, so there was no staff to meet us at the property (this is fine and not an issue). The online system, however, took quite a bit of time to process the payment and produce a key. Very minor, but worth noting.

I made the reservation and paid, but check in machine does not work, hotel charge it, I did not live it because I can not check in, it is the worst experience in this hotel
