- Staff was outstanding. We were stuck in the area waiting for the nearby Hertz rental car location to open so went over to the hotel to kill time and have lunch. Based on the experience we returned a few days later when we needed 2 rooms in the area.

- The shower cubicle is one of the smallest I have seen and does not match the medium sized room. The lobby has a low ceiling and echoes the voices of staff. The gym does not have any airconditioning and so I moved back to the room to finish my exercises.

Beautiful building in quiet surroundings well outside the unappetising city of Cosenza. The room was comfortable and quiet, the staff friendly and multilingual. Breakfast was great with a wide ranging choice of sweet and savoury. They are dog friendly. Christmas decorations were a joy to behold.
The electric car charging arrangements left a lot to be desired. Only one of the cables was actually working, and it took 5 hrs 10 minutes to charge my car! However, the service was free, which was a huge plus!The WiFi was not stable enough for a video call.Pity too, with such a bright, warm hotel, that the breakfast room had no natural light.
The room was fine, all clean and tidy, good bathroom.
Location was not as we expected, I think the hotel was really a conference hotel and used by business travellers being out of town in a sort of semi industrial zone. Also asked to pay 33 Euro to use spa.
Although located far from city center and being noticeably not new, I really loved staying in this hotel. The free parking was very convenient. The restaurant on site is good. The breakfast is good. And the room is very comfortable and spacious.
