Bar staff were very friendly and helpful

The fridge in the room was very loud, we had to turn it off, there was no kettle, mugs etc, no way to have a bath, no plug, the shower water went everywhere because the shower door was so small. Took a long while for the water to get hot. There were no outlets to plug stuff in. I think the entire room had two? It was very cold at night because there was only a thin blanket. Loud noise coming from upstairs all night, like furniture being dragged. How is this hotel almost 100 euros a night?!

The staff at the front desk and the outdated facilities. Also, our room had a lot of dust, and it was so noisy overnight that we did not sleep at all. I will never again stay at this hotel.

The toilet leaked water for almost the entire stay, with no solution until almost the last day. There were no dishes when the contract stated they should be, and they were brought on the third day after we complained about them the first night.

Centralized air. Couldn’t adjust ourselves. It was warm in the rooms.

Breakfast was terrible. We arrived at 9 and everything was gone. Nothing was replenished, even though Breakfast ends at 10. Air conditioning was not working and made a terrible humming noise.

Spacious and comfortable room. Hotel easy to reach with free parking. Good value for money.

The location was good for us since we were travelling north. There was ample parking.Good service,on the whole.

The decor is a bit outdated. The water from the shower initially had a bad smell. The curtains in the room need fixing.

The air conditioner in the room was barely working. It made the stay very uncomfortable for my entire family. Asked if there was anyway to make it stronger and they stated it already was. I asked if I can have a fan? They said they didn’t have one.

We were driving along with pets. Perfect for a night stay. The Staff was great and room very clean.

Extremely noisy. The cleaning staff moved furniture from 7 in the morning making it impossible to sleep after that. This went on until check out time. Terrible. I had only 4 hours sleep (got back very late the night before) and completely defeated the purpose.

The location suited our needs. On site parking.

Like other reviews have said, this is not a 4 star hotel anymore. On arrival, the reception area is impressive, however, the room we stayed in was not of the same quality. The towels were threadbare and had stains on them, the shower floor was dirty and the shower itself dripped continually, the bedroom had a large iron burn on the floor and there was a cigarette butt on the floor inside the fridge cupboard. To make our stay worse, there were inconsiderate rabble on the corridor, talking loudly until after midnight. I know this is largely out of the control of the hotel management but it's a reflection of the low prices charged because of the sub standard rooms. If you're charging very low prices you're going to attract clientele to match.

Location was good with easy access from motorway. Several excellent bars and restaurants within short walk. Secure parking for motorcycles. Clean comfortable room, decor slightly dated. Breakfast was acceptable and the staff were friendly.

Young lady on reception was more interested in being on her mobile phone in the back office. Had to be prompted for information about breakfast times and bar etc. Restsurant did not open until 8pm.
