Was not made aware ahead of time that our room was not connected to the main hotel. It was not a problem, but would be a nice thing to know ahead of time since we had to walk our luggage over.

Great location with the best view of the famous Cliff. Breakfast area and restaurant has an amazing view of the sea. Right in the center of tourist attraction.

Nothing…maybe room is a bit small for the price we pay.

Awesome location right at the heart of old town. Very friendly and helpful staff and they went out of their way to save a parking spot for us just outside the hotel.

Food and drink drink was very slow, but we're very nice. The AC did not work for the 3 nights stay.

Very good location.

Very noisy. Air conditioner turned off and could not open window cause room was on first floor next to parking lot. Had to look at parking lot to see ocean view. The shower was terrible, felt like you were in a capsule. Breakfast was served in the lower level not outside to enjoy the ocean view. Hotel could definitely use updating.

Big private balcony to look up into the sky. The hotel is a short walk away from the centre of town, making it convenient yet relatively quiet. Enjoyed it despite staying for only 1 night.

The shower and bathtub are right inside the bedroom, making it slightly awkward for family members, but not a big deal.

Best spot/view in Polignano! Above the famous swimming cove! Clean, elegant hotel with very very helpful front desk staff. Great terrace for drinks/dinner. Free Parking lot nearby & staff picks you & your bags to/from the hotel. Highly recommend & will definitely return! Gracie Mille!

Location and proximity to the beach.

Cleanliness, breakfast food available to us was limited. Bedroom was small and crowded.

Location is right on the cliff overlooking the famous beach. The staff are wonderfully attentive and the breakfast was excellent.

Parking by necessity is about 4 blocks away in a dirt lot. They will connect with directions for parking. First, leave your luggage and walk to the hotel. They will then take you back in a three wheeled vehicle to get the luggage. Guest make the mistake of driving to the dead end at the hotel and cause chaos trying to get out. The parking lot is dirt and your vehicle will be covered in dust. That is what happens if you want to be at the famous beach.

Location was great

There was no place to sit outside during the day only your balcony (which ours was facing the street)- if you want to sit in the sun there is no place to do that -we were only permitted to sit outside on their covered patio after 3 -

Our stay at this hotel was amazing! The location was perfect, with a stunning panoramic view of the ocean. The room was beautifully decorated, spacious, and very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.We loved every moment of it.

The only minor issues were that the toilet could have been a bit cleaner and the breakfast was quite basic, but we understood since we were the only guests at the time.

We ordered the suite for 1 night. We were 3 people. The portable bed was terrible and I couldn't sleep all night. The furniture inside were old. Breakfast was basic at the very least I could say. For 450 euros a night I wouldn't recommend at all

The price is mainly based on the location. A very simple hotel, nothing good and nothing bad to say

Their restaurant is in a beautiful setting for dinner but lacks any ambience due to bright white lighting and lack of character!

The location

Our room was grubby. The bathroom floor had ground in dirt. The terrace was closed so there wasn’t anywhere to sit out in the sun. The safe didn’t work and although requested no-one came to sort it out.

We loved the location. The breakfast service was excellent. The room that we had was extremely small and right on the road and we were not able to sleep at night.?
