Has good ventilation, was clean, stuff friendly, bed and pillows very good.

No was ok and confortable.

I liked the breakfast and the pool area and bar.

My room was dated and small. Tv was also very small.

The ac doesn’t work independently

The pool and the bar area are great, the cats are super cute and the staff are nice.

Breakfast is too basic without many options and the top bunker bed is a real hazard, the ladders are painful if you’re barefoot and the tubes are loose so they kept on falling. Shower head is also impossible to regulate for the height and the top one doesn’t have enough pressure to wash your hair.

Very good breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms, close to city center

Even though the hotel has its own parking area and is so close to city center, walking to the center from the hotel is not possible. This is not hotel’s fault, but keep in mind that there is no safe pedestrian way. (Tip: Parking near train station is easy and free)

Rooms were clean and big. Parking was very good and there was a good breakfast onsite.

There was no cutlery in the room, and the hotel did not provide an iron. Additionally, there were many ants in the room, indicating that pest control services need improvement.

it was a nice hotel with everything you need, clean and good location. The pillows were great, also o lot of towels in the bathroom, the pool was beatiful :)

The breakfast was great. It was also possible to order speciality coffees during breakfast and the amount of fresh fruit was wonderful. The pool is clean and a good size and there are seating areas inside and outside.

We knew what we were booking and why we booked it. So not anything that was not to our expectations. It is a good hotel.

Great position with a lovely sea view balcony, easy to find and plenty of secure on site parking. Very large room and excellent breakfast selection

Our bathroom was a little cramped to be honest but functional. We had noise late at night but that was not really the hotels problem just other inconsiderate guests

Breakfast

Front desk staff including the director were rude. Hotel had a party with loud music until 0200 / 2:00 am. Our room was vibrating due to the loud music. We were unable to sleep and when we tried to speak to the staff , we were ignored!

the location was terrible but the room very nice, pool good but too many screaming children

-The room was big enough for our needs-The pool was very nice touch in the hot summer days-The breakfast was good and varied -The bed was comfortable

-the staff was not very friendly, except the young girl from the reception. But when we asked for 2 aperol spritz's the girl from the bar seemed very disturbedThen they advised a price for the transfer and they took more on the bill, no use to fight for as they do not speak good English -the location as it is not reacheable by foot, and they do not advertise the fact that they have a transfer-the paint from the ceiling was bubbled and almost ready to fall.

The hotel was in a good location if you don’t want to fight for parking.Very practical and 2 min away from the old town parking.

The hotel was a bit dirty and unloved . A bit tatty and shabby . It’s a pity as the hotel is fairly new but a bit unloved !!!

Modern style hotel just outside Polignano a Mare; Hotel has a private parking place included in the rate. Friendly staff; clean room, good beds; standard Italian breakfast
