Pros +
- the Aquarium restaurant was very good. the beach is nice.
- The breakfast was outstanding Location was good
- Room was good having separate living room area, which I paid for impact. The spa was very nice. Jacuzzi went open, which was not all the time was nice but not working fully and the breakfast was fantastic.
Cons -
- the shower is so small that we did not want to take a shower. the reception staff is not very helpful. location is 3 miles from the city of Polignano, there should be a shuttle a few times per day so guests can go back and forth. Tuc Tuc is costly and not comfortable. we will never recommend this place to friends or family and we will never come back
- The dirt road leading up to the hotel was a downside
- The road getting to the resort was one of the worst pothole, terrible gravel sand road I’ve ever seen and traveling the world. The resort lost Internet service in all guest rooms for a day and a half, and the staff seem not interested and not feeling bad for the gas. I showed pictures of poles that were down and lines that they were unaware of and really didn’t care.

Spa was great! Pool was nice!Rooms were clean.Reception was amazing and very accommodating.Bunny rabbits running around were a nice touch :)Breakfast and meals were wonderful!
Shuttle could be a little more organized.
The resort is beautiful, well maintained and the staff is very friendly, especially the staff in the Aquarius restaurant. The buffet is fantastic and so many options.
Proximity to the water
Reception/Front desk Staff was not friendly at ALL!! The bar staff was nice and the gentleman who brought our bags to our room. Other than that the staff was very unfriendly and not welcoming.
Location, perfect for taking short trips to visit towns like Bari, Alberobello. Polignano a Mare, Ostuni, Monopoly, Martina Franca, and Cisternino,
I found the staff to be distracted and they were often gossiping amongst themselves. Which was not very professional. They were not as attentive as guests of a resort like this would like them to be.The breakfast was missing fresh cut fruit available for guests even if they did not want crepes and yogurt was home made and not very good.
If some rocks were removed, it would be easier to swim in the Beautiful Sea…..The nightly music was fabulous….
Too many Rocks in sea
Nice pool area and beach area
Staff and breakfast
We loved the beach area and truly appreciated the comfortable chairs available for guests. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety and quality that made our mornings very enjoyable.
Very dissapointed with the behavior of the reception staff during our check-in on 12 July around 8:00 PM. The staff member on duty was extremely unprofessional and rude. We had to wait approximately five minutes while she finished what appeared to be a personal phone call, despite us standing at the front desk.Additionally, while checking us in, she made fun of our names, which was both disrespectful and inappropriate. This experience gave us a very poor first impression of the hotel. We expect a certain level of courtesy and professionalism from front desk staff, and unfortunately, this was not met.I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure better training or oversight to prevent similar experiences for future guests.
- nice and quiet location- very good food - waiters were very friendly and helpful - nice rooms ( the shower was too small for the big bathroom but it was ok)- big parking- the beach is with sand but the entrance in the sea is rocky
- the receptionists were not very friendly- when we arrived after a 6 hour delay flight we asked if we could eat anything there and the receptionist didn't help at all, but we went to the bar and the staff there helped us and made 2 pizzas- I asked for an iron and they told me to leave the clothes in a bag and write "only iron" (and I left a tip), at the check out I was charged 80-90 euros for that ( they didn't tell me that I will be charged) - in general the staff is great except the receptionists
Amazing beach and breakfast was good and nice, your personnel are mazing and super dedicate to the service and costumer.
Small Room and not necessary big bathroom.Main bar and Karaoke space with really bad decoration.....really mediocre cheaplocation, little far from everywhere
Beachfront hotel just outside of Polignano a Mare. Nice gardens with swimming pool and direct access to the sea. Good breakfast. For kids it is good fun to have some rabbits running around in the gardens of the hotel.
Npthing.
Excellent breakfast selection, huge parking, large room.
no working wifi in te room , outside was ok, staff did not care to fix it, I called twice, no reaction.i got room for disabled people, was very uncomfortable.Definitely not 4 star hotel
The beach was ok, however we enjoyed more the pool site. The restaurant had a great variety of food and drinks. Nice international atmosphere!
I did not like the rocky sea, quite dangerous to go on those steps. My husband actually felt on them and had a bad injury. No medical assistance existed on the resort. At such size of the resort a minimum assistance should exist and also a doctor on call.
Breakfast okey. Location too far outIf not got a car. Shuttle bus okey. But would have liked more to do nearer resort.
Staff overall great. Reception staff not very helpful need to be able to communicate with customers more especially if you are english. Felt they could not be bothered with us.
loved the room and the facilities. it's a beautiful location.
Not enough beach area. Would like a bigger choice for dinner time not just buffet style. Need milk in the room.
A very pleasant site, right next to the coast ( A rocky one)Staff were ALL very polite too. (Despite reports we had seen previously)A gorgeous local town of Polignano a Mare - great old streets to wander through and shop and so may cafes and restaurants to eat great Italian food, in the old town. A good base to explore Puglia.Unless you're in a group, you will need a car here.
1. Misleading pictures that it was a sandy beach there. It is sand laid upon the rocks and in the adjacent grounds; getting in the sea is via a ladder off the end of the jetty or over difficult rocks.2. The Eating facilities: We were lead to believe there were at least 2 restaurants there, (plus snacks at the bar) but one restaurant was closed. Leaving just the Buffet Restaurant, which was €35 per head. Lots of choice, but very mediocre mass produced quality. No other option if you just wanted a little meal or snack after 17:30 in the evening (apart from go into Polignano a Mare). 3. The Shuttle Bus: €10 per head for a 6 min ride (return) but return times were ridiculous in the evenings. Return every hour till 19:15 then next one was 23.30. Probably fine in mid summer, but in October, it gets cold and everything shuts up early! And taxi's were expensive, if you could find one. Recommend Tuk Tuk's back from town.4. We stayed there 8 nights and our bed sheets were not changed once.
Beaches and poolGreat breakfast buffet Also entertainments
A little to far from the city
Beach access, chairs, umbrellas, grounds, bike rental availability, room. This was a beautiful place and wasn’t crowded. The food was tasty and well presented. Staff was helpful and great at serving coffee or drinks. The outside seating was lovely.
The dinner option was horrible. Without buying a full package meal, we were made to wait until all the buyers were finished (they weren’t) and weren’t allowed to start our dinner until 8:30. At first, the dining was difficult to find, and once there the only thing available was a crowded noisy self serve buffet dinner. We had been looking forward to a sit down meal at an earlier time, as we were exhausted from almost 30 hours of traveling. The property itself was great, but being made to wait to dine left us feeling disappointed and unhappy.
