    Pros +

    • Very clean. Friendly staff.
    • We have stayed here a few times. Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable room. Good breakfast.
    • Clean, good location, staff pleasant staff

    Cons -

    • Requested a double bed over a month ago but ended up with two singles put together the room was not themed like advertised. Only window in the room was a roof window which was okay if you want to look at the sky.
    • There is no wardrobe for clothes or luggage, just a small coat rack. The room is small, especially when the sofa is unfolded. But for one night, it was okay for sleeping.
    • No parking available. Breakfast was not very good.

Friendly staff, nice decorated reception for kids, clean room, big bathroom.

Fancy room decoration. Inside a town.

No parking available. Breakfast was not very good.

Loved how clean it was and easily accessible from the motorway

The fact we couldn’t get a hot drink , no tea/coffee making facilities in room and no hot drink machine in reception .Very slippy shower tray

Although it is a small number, breakfast should be enough. There are many big supermarkets and delicious restaurants nearby. It is a 20-minute drive to the city center. Also, the rooms are clean.

    There's nothing to be desired.

Poor standard of hotel, guests with larger cars should be advised not to use the car park

Rooms were a poor standard and cold, breakfast was very limited Car parking not suitable for larger vehicles, no warning about this from check in staff

It’s a cool place, quite modern and the decoration is interesting.

I don’t understand why dogs have a cost. The hotel doesn’t offer anything for them, not even a pad. I don’t mind paying a flat fee, but it’s per night!! It’s unfair.

The reception was very quirky staff very friendly Room comfortable and clean

Breakfast very basic could have offered a bit more

LocationThe hotel is easy to find and is literally one minute from a motorway. At night it is lit up so beautifully that it is impossible to miss.AmbienceThe hotel exudes a positive attitude even when one is feeling a bit low possibly if it was raining or overcast. The colour scheme of predominantly orange tends to create a very uplifting atmosphere. This is reflected in the friendly pleasantness of the staff.RoomsI would say that the bedrooms are unique in the sense that somehow they have created what might be termed a ‘mixture of different styles’ .The bedroom in which I was located, there is a shadow outline of what appears to be Marilyn Monroe kissing me good night., In the bedroom of my family, there is a full wall of an impressionist painting.ServiceThe rooms themselves are kept in pristine and spotless conditions. They are maintained by an army of ladies, who are in no way phased by the aftermath of the under 10’s bedroom terrorism brigade. Never a complaint; real heroes !BreakfastA brilliant and well serviced bright room, where the array of breakfast goodies’, endlessly replenished by a friendly member of staff . There is a range of coffees to compete with many Starbucks, plus fruit, cereals, pastries, cheese, Serrano ham, York ham, salami and more than average items associated with a European breakfast. Times are consistent with holiday standards 7am-11am mostly. It set us up for the day.SecurityAlthough the hotel has dedicated parking spaces which are immediately outside its premises, and the area appears safe, they have an underground garage with spaces for 8 vehicles, to a maximum of 2m height (€10 per day). The garage door remains closed other than when a visitor requests entry or exit. Reception is covered 24/7.Locality Pinto is a nicely located suburb of Madrid. The local train station is a 10 minute walk and trains will take you to the city centre (Sol) in about a half hour (Line C3 - cost €6 return ticket).Pinto is a social town, w

Parking in the subterranean car park is challenging if severl places are occupied

Tge Hotel was clean and smelt lovely.

The decor. I felt sick with the horrible bright green colours and stars. Couldn't wait to get out in the morning. It wasn't inviting at all. I'm pleased I was only there for one night.

The aesthetic was bright and clean internally. The little restaurant area for breakfast was clean and efficiently managed. Beds were large and comfy with good pillows. Good WiFi signal and television.Pet friendly but we were charged an excess for our cat.Decent size storage space for clothes and bags for one night stay, any longer.Bathroom was small, compact, but decent shower.

Couldn’t park in their car park, as it was full. Which was one of the reasons we chose the hotel in the first place. So had to drive round and round looking for a space, which was disappointing after a long journey. There was no real space around the beds to walk about in a triple room, okay for a one night stay but any longer and it would feel too cramped for us.Woken by street noise, dog barking early hours even with ear plugs.Breakfast: step down from level where you get hot drinks was easy to miss.No space really to socialise outside of the room other than some tables in reception area.

The hotel was perfect, large room and bathroom, in great decorative order and with efficient air-conditioning. We were able to park right outside the door. Good continental breakfast in the morning, in a lovely breakfast room with large windows, overlooking a park.

We stayed on a Sunday night and struggled to find anywhere close by to eat in the evening. However, with the hotel itself, there wasn't really anything we didn't like.

Just a stop over so not much to say it suited my needs and I would use it again as a stop over. Good spot for parking my motorbike and that’s what I look for when traveling.

The bedroom decor. It was more for a child ie Batman etc all over the wall.

We have stayed here a few times when driving through Spain. Right off the motorway. Park right next to the property which is great for our dog. Very friendly staff. Clean and relaxing rooms. Comfortable beds for a good sleep. Onsite parking when booked in advance. Really can only say good things about this place.

We stay here whenever passing through Madrid. Always very clean and comfortable. Good night's sleep!

Great location to parque Warner Madrid, Clean rooms. Staff was friendly

No fridge in the room, couldn't put the Aircon on last number 3 as it made a loud noise, need a door hook with sleeping and not sleeping, the breakfast was not that good no got food I understand if continental but I thought I was going to get hot food.

We travelled with our dog en route to Bilbao. It was an excellent half way point for us. Lots of nearby parks, one with a dog play area.

Nothing in the hotel itself. We were very tired so wanted to eat early and go to bed and struggled to find nice restaurants initially. We just had to wait until more opened for a better selection.

    7DdglobalsPosted on: 4-18-2024

I enjoy the hotel breakfast package. It was a whole lot. Everyone at the restaurant was very friendly. The Bathroom too was cozy.

I dont like the fact that the rooms don't have electric kettle to boil water for tea.
