Hotel Princesa De Eboli

Family room was very big with 2 bathrooms

No free coffee/ tea, kind of pricey breakfast with no kids prices.

The staff was so friendly and kindness

They have some problems with the shower with the regulation of the water temperature

Excellent room and bathroom and comfort. There was a kitchen, but didn't see glasses or silverware, so I'm not sure if we were supposed to ask. Parking garage excellent! We traveled in 7 passenger van. Bar with tapas in the lobby terrific and friendly staff. We did not go to the restaurant, but nice to have had that option.

Explanations at check-in. We had 3 rooms, 2 other parties waiting. Would have been nice to remind us vital in formation was sent in emails.

The hotel is very good, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is very good and clean, and the best part is that the hotel is close to a shopping mall and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

The room just needs a sofa or comfortable chairs.

Located in a great place easy access to public transport

Breakfast was to say the least disappointing. paying for a room then being charge extra to use facilities INSIDE the room. I.e the kitchen. ?‍♂️?‍♂️

It was spacious, clean, and silent.

The parking was too small. The last day, we had a huge scratch on our bumper. Someone did us really bad.

Very friendly staff and massive rooms

No plug in bath

Big room. Good value. Close to town and train station. Easy to get to warner park.

Location and good parking

No tea/coffee facilities in the room despite having a full kitchen no cutlery or plates etc

Convenient for access to the theme park.

Had a group of young footballs in for a tournament. They were running up and down the halls. That was the only negative. This was informed to the reception and dealt with.

Good breakfast. Impressive room.

No tea or coffee facilities. Only scalding water in the shower

Staff and parking

Mattress extremely hard and it doesn’t have kitchen amenities unless you pay even more. That wasn’t identified in Booking

Comfortable bed, large room, lovely bathroom and living area.

Shower temperature was constantly too hot no in between. No coffee making facilities in room.

Large room

Bathroom door was broken, price has doubled since last year for the exact same room

Nil

No privacy and doors keys at all and the breakfast was very bad and not tasty.

The location was perfect

The AC was not functional, I asked for a early check in and I didn’t receive any confirmation from them and when I arrive I needed to wait for 2 hours for them to dont give a correct room with a large bed as I asked too

Great spacious room. Wonderful bed. Good breakfast near a park and a shopping mall. Staffing very helpful and great service

A bit far away from city center Madrid. When we were there there was a party going on which was quite noisy. Even with window closed. Breakfast space was too small for all guests and very noisy.

The family room was very spacious with even two bathrooms

No free tea/ coffee, no mugs or kitchen utensils etc.

excellent positition, not far from the motorway, plenty of parking, near to a large shopping centre with bars and restaurants. Check in staff were exceptional, very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were very clean and spacious, beds were the most comfortable we had ever slept in.

The family room is massive, 2baths and 3bedrooms. Perfect location for going to the Warner park. There is also a shopping mall within walking distance with restaurants and a supermarket. The master bedroom bed was very comfy and large. Cheaper breakfast options at the bar downstairs and nearby if you don't want buffet breakfast.

You had to pay for the kitchen within the room and it didn't have any cutlery or even a kettle for an instant coffee.
