It was comfy. Old building but well maintained. It was well located. We had a supermarket opened at night and a bar with good food nearby. Overall, nice experience.

As said, old building, but I guess due to the money we got the bedroom for, it was good value for the money. Nice bathroom, clean. I'd wish only people to stop using white lights. We have LEDs now, so it's not about consumption. For the rest, we had a TV as well with lots of channels, we didn't use it but some people may.

Bed was nice, modern room and bathroom, breakfast nothing much but was cooked bacon, fruit and pastries.

No soap in the bathroom? Extremely weird how they offered free shampoo and shower gel but no soap.

Distance to public transportation to Warner Park

The bed was not comfortable and made weird noises. We ask for a double bed they gave us 2 single bed. Breakfast had no fruits, and was very weak.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good value. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is great for the local area. We stayed here to visit Parque Warner.

The walls were so thin. Children were running up and down the hallways from the early hours. We didn't check in until 2am and were woken up around 6am with running children. We also had to listen to the rooms around us, late in the night and early in the morning. I can understand normal noise but music and running around is not OK.

bad experience, not to be repeated

it was not clean, the safe was not working, they switched my power off at 11:30 and checkout was until 12, the walls are thin so it was super noisy, and the ac was loud as well. not worth the money at all

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the air conditioning was dirty, noisy and didn't work properly so room was hot.

Very close from public transport!

The evening of our arrival the ceiling collapsed under a huge water leak. The whole bathroom was flooded... We had to change rooms urgently, in the middle of the night. No commercial gesture from the host, the staff did not apologize. This kind of thing can happen even, but an apology would have been appreciated...

The beds were comfortable and the cleaners are more approachable than the staff

Bar only opens for breakfast???? Resterant shut , garage full and no on-street parking had to park about a mile away!! bar, restaurant ,and parking is why we booked !! So failed miserably, but looks like the bar and restaurant are permanently closed !!!
