The clean room, products provided in the room.

Since it is so far from Madrid, I would appreciate if they could provide a shuttle to the city 24h.

the receptionist was very patient with the minimal amount of Spanish that I knew, our room was perfect and even had it's own private garage connected directly to our room via a staircase

definitely not the hotel's fault, it just happened to happen right when we arrived to check-in. two people came running out of the main doors after stealing a bag from some tourists who had arrived just before us. they escaped on a motor bike. it was just a little unsettling to see this happen. the receptionist in the lobby seemed like he was doing everything he could to help the other tourists whose things were stolen.

I booked specifically because the hotel had EV charging, but when I got there, it was not working and the staff was unable to help.

The staffs in the restaurant is terrible,just ignore us when we want to order some dishes. Also don’t understand where we could not select table. When we have our breakfast, we are not the group tourist, why we have to be with the people we didn’t know!

Rooms are large, modern and comfortable. Staff were friendly and we were able to check in early. Breakfast was enjoyable with lots of choice and reasonable cost. Ubers were easy to use from this location. Very reasonable price overall.

No shops in walking distance, car/taxi required.

Location was excellent nice and close to motorway, good for onward journey.

We arrived quite early for breakfast and the eggs and bacon was practically all gone. Mentioned it to staff and we were told more would be coming however it took so long we ended up eating other things.Juice also ran out, perhaps more. attention should be paid to restocking

Staff is beyond excellent. Front desk, cleaning personnel, etc just great and helpful.

First of all dont know why this hotel is rated highly and have a 4* (stars)? Maybe of individual parking garage under executive rooms? I think the worse was the breakfast. Very basic, 0 vegetables - beside grated tomatoes, and from time to time oven backed mix which was not good. If you are "pastry" person, great - you will find very good baked goods, but if you want to eat meat / savory breakfast, you better be prepared to eat sandwich with ham and grated tomatoes every day as i did over 5 nights stay. Location is not greatest - vicinity of the madrid/city dump. Every morning you better not open the window as the gas from the dump spreads around whole place.

Nice comfortable hotel, room was large with comfortable bed. Relatively quiet as it is right next to a motorway junction. Good for a one nighter if travel through Spain. Desk staff friendly and helpful.

Waitress in restaurant very lethargic and disinterested in her job.

Staff were helpful; plenty of free parking.

This is really for business travellers. It’s not a cosy hotel. Rooms were larger than necessary, cold, and noisy. Food was mediocre. As an essential stop en route it was fine but I would drive further out for a better hotel next time.

Luxurieus suite was large and offered great relaxation, especially the bubble bath.

Parking was free and easily accessible. Rooms were clean and warm. Beds and pillows were possibly the most comfortable we have ever slept on in a hotel. Staff were attentive and helpful. Food in the bar was OK.

We had two identical rooms - next to each other. One had been used as a smoking room and you could tell. Although it was very clean, the smell of old smoke was still there.Showers are over-bath. Anyone with limited mobility would struggle getting in and out. Lots of hot water though and complimentary soap, shampoo and conditioner. The tea and coffee making facilities we fine - but we had only tea, no coffee.

It's too far from everything. In the room you don't have a coffee in the morning at reception no machine for coffee,the restaurant for the lunch is close .

Breakfast is great. Check in process was quick. Parking secure.

I asked for months if the rooms could be interconnected or side by side as I was travelling with children. In the end they were and that was great but it takes 10 seconds to answer the query online in the booking.com messenger rather than being told at reception on arrival that yes they can do it!

Breakfast was not good and they had run out of butter !!!!!!!!

Room are very clean and comfortable.

No swimming pool.but understandable of location and maintenance of pool .

Great location with close proximity to the warner parks.

The rooms are clean but in poor condition. AC didn't work properly in one of the rooms. Corridor music was too load. Very old compared to what I expected.
