Staff are very very nice

Probably the breakfast need a little tweak

I loved my second stay. Firstly I was taken to Dolphin apart, because they didn't have my room ready at Sarigerme Inn. This was a bit disappointing. The second stay, which is in the pictures, was a beautiful, huge room, and had clean atmosphere.The wifi, however wasn't reliable, most of the time there wasn't a connection.They have a bus which takes you to the beach, which is a huge bonus.You don't have to pay for that and you can go multiple times a day.Personally I loved being in Sarigerme.The stay had its disadvantages, but I had a great time altogether.

transfer to the beach was included in the price of the stay. the beach is very nice, quite clean. there are a lot of people, but less than in Antalya

The hotel had a great swimming pool and sun beds which were never busy. We enjoyed the shuttle bus to the beach where you had free sunbeds. We liked the location of the hotel. Placed back from the main strip so it was quiet but only a couple of minutes to walk to the many shops and restaurants.

Unfortunately the hotel took a further payment when I checked in having already paid for the room via booking.com I tried to sort it with the hotel staff but with the language barrier we did not get that far. I did get to speak to the manager but he said it was a booking.com problem not theirs. Booking.com has been helpful and I am hoping for a full refund but I am still waiting. Unfortunately this did put a dampener on the holiday.

We traveled as a family of 5 and staying in a spacious suite was very convenient. There is a shuttle to the beach, and in 8 minutes you are on a beach with free services to the hotel's guests.

The hotel is a boutique style, and the suite is in dark colors. there is not enough light in the room in the evenings

Location: 20 min taxi drive (700 Turkish lira) from the airport and 20min walk to the beach. friendly staff, nice breakfast. Sarigerme is a mid-size tourist-friendly village with several nice places to eat, price wise significantly cheaper than Antalya and Istanbul.

Great location, easy walk to the town and to the beach and a swim pool if bored with beach

General room size, amenities, pool, reception all good. Location central for Sarigeme.

Breakfast offering was poor, but again it was okay value. Lack of clarity over the times of beach transport times. Two versions of the timetable existed. & nobody was taking responsibility for correcting them.

In the high season it would be in a great location

When I arrived I was taken to the elevator and my room floor button on the elevator was pushed for me.I got out and made my way to the room.I opened the door, turned the light on and saw 2 pairs of feet hanging off the end of the bed.I turned the light off and quickly went back to reception.I was given another room.During the night someone tried to enter my room, I had turned the lock so that they could not enter.

Quite expensive for a passable stay

Broken appliances. No lights . No where open to eat on a Sunday

I stayed there with a child for a long layover in dalaman. Easy travel from the airport -less than 30 mins. Easy access to the beach- shuttle or you can take a taxi. Free sunbeds at the beach for the hotel guests. The hotel room has all you need. Breakfast is up to expectations. Small swimming pool makes the stay more relaxing. The staff were amazing: they helped to fix air con quickly, printed our boarding passes and allowed us to stay a bit longer in the room after the checkout time.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly. Shuttle to the sea takes 5-7 minutes. One minute walk to the street with shops and cafes

Breakfast perhaps a little limited. For example, some more fruit choice and availability of fruit juice(s) and/or yoghurt.

Turkish breakfast was very good, with a very good selection.Location v good and access to the private beach and facilities v good.

Think the room cleaning could be a bit more thorough eg the floor.

Lovely breakfast with fresh melon and pastries as well as scrambled egg and spicy sausage, some cheeses and salad.

Breakfast was OK but not great, location is good not far from beach.

Staff not able to fully understand English
