Everything was amazing! There’s something for every age group of people. The unlimited food & drinks, spacious & comfortable rooms, cleanliness, customer services, polite staff, variety of activities, outstanding performances in the shows. Also friendly helpful customer service from the concierge (Mr Huseyin) in organising our private yacht day trip and King Gazebo day. We also appreciate his help in arranging the travel to Gocek Marina and a surprise birthday celebration cake and balloons at the yacht on a very last minute request. Thank you!

Airports transfers should have been included in the price of deluxe rooms , especially knowing the airport is only 20mins away from the hotel.Also i wish if the hotels private beach had clear sand to walk on as the pebbles are not easy to walk on.

I recently stayed at the Hilton in Daksnan and overall, the experience was quite pleasant. The location is fantastic – right by the sea with easy access to a lovely beach, and surrounded by peaceful, scenic views. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The food was also really good, with a variety of options that were tasty and fresh.The beach area was one of the highlights – clean, well-organized, and perfect for relaxing. Other facilities like the pool, gym, and common areas were up to Hilton standards – comfortable, stylish, and professional.However, I unfortunately have to mention a major issue that affected our stay: the smell coming from the toilet in the room was extremely unpleasant. It wasn’t just a faint odor – it was strong and persistent, to the point where it really impacted our comfort. It smelled like something wasn’t functioning properly in the plumbing or ventilation system. We tried airing out the room, but the smell always came back. For a hotel of this level, this was really disappointing.It’s a shame because everything else was really good. The staff was friendly, check-in was smooth, and the surroundings are beautiful. But that one issue – the strong, unpleasant toilet smell – made it hard to fully enjoy the stay. It turned what could have been a perfect holiday into a somewhat uncomfortable one.

Very family friendly.

It is getting outdated. Chairs were creaking and have clearly not been replaced since the hotel opened. Definitely understaffed compared to previous years.

Buffet was good for all meals. As were Velo and Breeze. All staff were good.

There was a conference being held whilst we were there and delegates occupied all of the 16+ area in the buffet. Also, one evening they filled the cocktail bar and with only one member of staff on duty it took absolutely ages to get a drink. Tried 2 of the A La Cartes but thought value for money was poor. Given that your drinks are already paid for, a 35/40 EURO supplement pp for food was excessive. The Teppanyaki experience was good for drama but food was not tasty - eg very basic fried chicken and salmon. Sauces were out of a jar and cold. Would be nice to have a 16+ swimming/sauna area as the facilities were overrun by children running in and out of the saunas/steam rooms unsupervised and with little regard for guests who wanted to relax -maybe more visible supervision from staff or a strict notice to parents!

Swimming pools , food, luxury

The location is great and the facilities are superb. We didn't have time to do as much as we could have here, but the beach, it's chairs, social areas, the catering was all great. We also enjoyed the options in in the main, self-service buffet. The room was wonderful: views, clean and spacious.

I expect an all-inclusive to include all the restaurants. All the restaurants, with the exception of the self-service buffet, required an additional payment. As we were only here for two days, we stayed with the buffet. This would have been very annoying if our stay was any longer.Also, the hotel sent me messages requiring advance payment when our 'contract' was 'Pay at the Property'. This caused me undue stress as I started to believe that I had been a victim of fraud and felt the need to cancel my credit card, just before international travel. Booking.com has assured me that they will make certain that their providers honour the terms under which we book.

the staff- food - all amenities are extremely well organized

It was a friendly, lovely place and the staff were very helpful.

We had an early morning flight the next day and with a 4:00 pm check in we missed using any facilities. We did dine at the buffet, but I got food poisoning.

Excellent food and facilities. Guest service staff through room phone 2222 were all excellent, very attentive and prompt, also very friendly. All staff in general were professional and friendly. Spa facilities and their staff deserve special praise. Also, special thanks are due to "Kumsal lezzetleri" staff for their excellent service and delicious food

Only two things. Beach is a bit disappointing, also parasols are not good enough and they are small, a bit larger than a big Mexican hat, not providing enough shade.Another disappointment was about a small minority of staff, we observed few times they provided preferential treatment for some customers for a tip, for example in Vento restaurant. We should emphasize most of the staff in that restaurant were professional and not involved in such acts.

Direct sea access, excellent food and breakfast - kitchen unchangeable fabulous!

If you expect to get what you book, it could be surprised that instead sea view room you will be voluntary downgraded to Lake House with swamp view (presented from the staff as upgrade!!) with no view and different quality (like cheap apartment). After some hours fighting we got room what exactly booked. Is big surprise, when you arriving in Hotel and start to check in heard "sorry, all rooms is occupied, just tomorrow will be available, for now you have upgrade to lake house :((. " But this was just beginning - terrible cleanness. You have to be ready to find something under you bad from previous guests.

The swimming pools and the beach and as well the restaurant which offered variety type of food.

The value of my stay was way too high and not according to my expectations. I was not satisfied with the room furniture which does not comply with the Hilton standards. Moreover my room was way too far from the lobby (you need to walk for like 6 to 7 mins) to reach the lobby. Additionally the access card was disrupted 3 times within 2 days and I had to go the reception to reactivate the card and I was surprised that the hotel did not apply the access card over the mobile phones and the app. Of the hotel as well was not working properly (I could not log in). The king size bed was small for couple. The air condition in the room used to switch off every time I open the balcony door to go out and smoke. (I don’t think these are Hilton standards).

Best thing was all inclusive, the best I have seen. Breakfast, snack bars, Dinner Buffet is one of the best. There are 11 swimming pools and all very clean. Facilities are second to none. Private beach area with free drink bar is most amazing.

Nothing we didn't like.

The staff were so kind and lovely, food service was incredibly efficient. You had everything you needed under your nose and the hotel itself is stunning- especially the sunsets and stars on the beach.

Hotel facilities ie pools , beach , spa, activities, main restaurant and Ala cart restaurants were great. Variety of food at main restaurant was tasty and delicious. Hotel staff with no expectations , reception,restaurants ,snack restaurants , cabana , housekeeping, entertainment, guest relations were polite ,helpful, friendly and good English speaking.

Staff are all attentive and smiling. The customer service is excellent. It’s like in you’re good hands at all times. Special mention to the valet parking team for your friendliness and the gift shop attendant who was patient and helped me picked my two bracelet souveniers. So many selection with buffet. Everynight there is additional variety dish. The cocktails and food at the kitchen bar are delicious. (No nasty headache from cocktails because they use decent ingredients) the snack bar are chef material. And the live band, mixed of local, pop rock and alternative music. The white party singer and DJ scratching, it got us off our chairs the energy was amazing. Finally, the turkish bath and VIP balinese massage we were treated like royals. Thank you so much Hilton!

The 3rd day room cleaning was not as great as the first and 2nd day. The new towels were not folded properly looks like been thrown up the rail. We put the robes in the bath tub along with the used towels to indicate we need new ones but the cleaner just hang them up again. The desks was not dusted. Even so we still left tip as we were happy with the first few days cleaner and stocking the fridge with refreshment.

The facilities, bars/restaurants, vastness of the complex

This hotel is ideal for families at all, the animation team was the best, still things to do ...beautiful beach and I loved the beach bar with the DJEvening show was great as well.Friendly and helpul staff!!!!Only 20 min from the airport.

Comfortable loved the extra door to get to rooms helped keep noise to a minimum. adult only area at pool was a bonus. Would have been better to have table service by the pool in this area.

Restaurant was like a canteen. Nearly every night we sat down to a dirty table. I specifically emailed before we arrived to say we were there for 2 nights only and we wanted to eat a la carte. NONE of the a la carte restaurants had availability by the time we arrived. Food was the same every night in the canteen.
