- The hotel was very very clean. The rooms were in an excellent condition when we arrived, and the daily cleaning was very thorough. It was very pretty in the reception areas, although the corridors reminded me of The Shining - no character, no photos, no plants, no ambient lighting, no decorating. The food selection was immense. Apart from bacon (it is a Muslim country) there was every possible food you could imagine - and plenty you have never seen or heard of before. Good quality. Hot. Warm plates too.The hotel wifi extends to the beach! You can instagram your photos from your beach chair! The rooms were great. We travelled as a couple, but if you had two or three younger children with you, they could both stay in the same room as you and be in a separate room from you when you slid the closing doors across at night. There were black out blinds in the curtains which we did not see at first - but after a rude awakening the first morning, we ensured these were also closed every night.Staff were very friendly. Dennis in the restaurant went on a hunt for me to get me diet Sprite - because the only diet soft drink on offer was coke. He went above and beyond. Showers were great if you got them at the right time. If you leave the pool at the same time as most there's no hot water - so leave it half an hour or so. There's no plugs in the sink either so you can't just wash your hair in the sink (or shave my hubby said.)Concierge service was excellent. Staff tried very hard to help you out on anything.10 swimming pools to choose from, which is nice. They could easily make one for adults only to give you some sanity :)
- Overall it was an amazing holiday for us, the hotel has many pools and activities throughout the day and there were multiple spots to get the snacks and drinks quickly. When the sun was on top we enjoyed the indoor pool. The food was very good for an all inclusive hotel, there were many options for starters, main courses and desserts and they were all very delicious. We were looking forward for the dinners every night. Staff was also polite and solved our issues very quickly. One day we needed some medical help and the medical team responded rapidly to help us. Thanks a lot to hotel managers and staff for the great holiday.
- facilities excellent. food was really good for all inclusive
Cons -
- Not only was there no restricted area for smokers, there was not even a non-smoking area ANYWHERE. As a hotel aimed primarily for Brits, who smoke far less than Turkish people do, this was quite a surprise. It made everywhere deeply unpleasant. You could be sat by the pool, sitting on your balcony, walking along the grounds, even in the lunch restaurant and people would be smoking around you. You could not get away from the smoke. Please Hotel Village - consider the bulk of your British audience and at the very least give us some safe areas where we can breath without smoke. This is important. The sun loungers around the pool are absolutely jam packed together like sardines. They are so close together that you can't sit on most of them from the side, you have to approach from the foot end and risk them tipping over. We came in September after the kids were back at school, and even then it was absolutely packed. We found it very difficult to get two sun loungers together. During the school holidays I imagine it would be hellish. And of course wherever you did squeeze in, you had to breath in someone else's smoke. The covers on the (rather firm) bed did not actually reach to the width of the bed. Hubby and I were fighting over the covers so much, not realising this. Once we worked out that the covers were smaller than the beds, we asked for a duvet which fitted - apparently there aren't any. Then we found a separate duvet for what would be the children's beds, so we put that on. We re put it on every day because housekeeping would helpfully remove it. :(There is a fridge in the room but it is inside a cupboard so the extracted heat from the fridge is not exactly taken away from the fridge but is held in the cupboard. We had to get some milk from the restaurant to make tea and coffee with in the room (no you cannot make tea with coffee creamer hotel!!) and kept it in the fridge - but it went off because the fridge got so hot.
- Night activities and shows were mostly tailored towards children maybe it can be improved
- could clean the area around the pool more thoroughly

facilities excellent. food was really good for all inclusive

The property location is very good and ideal for families. We enjoyed the stay.
We booked full board but if I compare it to other 5stars properties full board service isn’t same. Examples: Full board means I can benefit from any item available at the bar i.e premium whiskies not allowed you must pay in this way the Batman at all the property bars speak to the guests. I witnessed and experienced by myself which to some extent is humiliating. Next time if there is it’s better to take my alcohol with me!! My advice to the property management to have wrist bands for people full board premium & full board normal to be able to enjoy their times and feel that they are getting what they have paid for. For the food side there was no live stations for eggs, grills or fish / seafood. At least different nights different themes! No welcome fruit basket on arrival in the room. No welcome drinks at the reception upon arrival specially during the hot weather! Some lemonade, fruits infused water!!! From the reception to any other department staff MUST IMPROVE THEIR ENGLISH COMMUNICATION SKILLS specially most of the residents are British citizens.
Great and spacious hotel complex owned by TUI! The 16-hours trip to it worth it! Everything was perfectly organized for the British tourists which are 99% of all guests. A lot of activities for kids and adults which could be easily checked at very useful HV app. Thanks to Hamdi and Ramazan from the a-la-carte restaurants and Mehmet from the main restaurant who was providing the drinks every dinner. =)Special greetings to the animation team from 4 years old Coco who doesn't speak English but enjoyed many sessions in the Kids Club!
Amazing holiday village. Loads to do and very clean. Staff work so hard to keep everything amazing.
Amazing! Huge territory with a lots of pools, water slides, activities and a beautiful beach! Excellent variety of food and all was so delicious! Very tidy around and clean inside ! Friendly staff. Full week was relaxing & enjoyable. Great family resort! Would love to return again!
Food. Beach. Room is best for families.
Sweem pool and spa not so clean.
Clean, friendly staff, lots of space.
Great hotel, plenty to do for the kids, the buffet food was always good and different each day.
I don’t really think anything else could of been better, just one thing has come to mind, didn’t like the stairs in the reception, they were quite big steps and when u thought you had got down them all there was another step and one night I did think I was at the bottom and I fell, I think maybe it should have a ramp or railings at either side.
The place is massive... Bars everywhere... Food was great and my room was very good too.
Too many screaming kids but that was my fault... Went during school holidays, should have went to an adult only as usual. But if you have screaming kids, great place to take them.
Beautiful site well laid out and maintained gardens. Very clean and staff were great.
Easy 20 min transfer from airport to hotel, efficient check-in and check out services. All staff worked hard. Good choice of food and drinks throughout all times of day however there seemed a lot of extra charges such as a coffee from the machine at the bar , certain ice creams at the pool. Animation team provide a full timetable and so would particularly recommend for those with younger children that enjoy pool games etc.
The pool areas were not cleaned as well as they could have been. Three times we went and chose sunbeds in the morning and there was cups and food under them from the day before. There was a lot of extra charges that I feel weren’t necessary such as some of the ice cream at the pool, a coffee from the bar etc. There were other coffees available throughout the day such as filter coffee in the restaurants so not a major problem but have been to all inclusive where there isn’t extra charges for things such as a nice coffee.
Hotel facilities and cleanliness, Spa and restaurants, evening shows.
less options for vegetarian food.
Stay was absolutely amazing as always
Kids club was amazing as always..reception staff was good and kitchen staff was amazing.
Location, room size, cleanliness, pool capacity, and food variety all meet expectations. I was delighted to see the adorable cats and the presence of a cozy cat house on the property. A special thanks goes to Ceren and Ege from the Activity bar daytime staff for their warm and friendly smiles.
The plastic cups provided in the outdoor areas should be made from higher-quality materials, as you end up tasting vodka while drinking cola.
Excellent facilities very high-quality staff were wonderful. Everything was clean. The food quality was incredible for an all-inclusive and I would not hesitate to go back even as an adult solo traveller with no children. However, for children and families it is unbelievable.
Bad
The food situation was not good. All dishes I ate were lukewarm, with warm food products observed to be added to cooled dishes. I did not leave the resort at all so ate all my meals in house for the week. I contracted the most severe food poisoning with vomitting, diarrhoea, stomach cramps and fever which lasted several days. I am also a nurse so chose foods carefully knowing the potential risks of Salmonella, E Coli and Campylobacter in buffet facilities. In the UK, there are currently reports in the Daily Record and Birmingham Post detailing numerous cases of debilitating food poisoning amongst visitors to the hotel in the past 8 weeks. Many of these people have been hospitalised both in Turkey and back in the UK after contracting confirmed Salmonella.
Very clean, friendly staff, great facilities, food great variety daily. Lots of pool options, entertainment at night, spa was lovely too. Food labelled excellently, kids playground, beach was so beautiful and peaceful. Thanks to the team and Zeynap our housekeeper. Room separator for kids/family members. Good sized room.
Although there were options for vegetarians and even vegans, dairy free and gluten free, i which was appreciated it was more limited especially as alot of the food had egg in it ie. Pasta, breads, cakes. It was otherwise so varied not bland at all and endless options!!! So dont hesitate on booking this lovely resort just be mindful if you have dietary requirements.
We returned to this hotel again after 5 months and everything was great again! Its location is really convenient, garden is big and food great.
