Pros +
- The bed was comfortable and the shower too. The staff were friendly.
- The location was decent,a nearby complex of shops of all kinds and usual franchises from Spain and some nice coffee shop.Ok to get to most cities around, could serve as a common point on the map to get less road to all major cities around.
- Really comfortable and spacious rooms. Very slick decor. Very helpful staff.
Cons -
- The heat didn’t work the first night and we got sick. That was a big problem. The parking was way overpriced and should be included for guests considering the area is so easy to park in. The breakfast should also be included for the price we paid for the room. A 15€ extra for breakfast and 10€ extra for parking made the stay way too expensive. We only paid those extras on the first night because the quality wasn’t worth it.
- The atmosphere is very dark and closed,so unless you go for business, you don't get the warm welcome feeling. If you want subterranean parking you have to pay for it,even tho place was completely empty and could had made an exception or special offer.Room was terrible, around all windows we had black mold and the paper on the walls was coming off in most corners,WC seat was going places when you were trying to sit,air conditioning was NOT working on hot air so the room was pretty cold at night, plenty of dust in high places, you could hit your legs in the shower due to a moving piece that wasn't staying at the right level. No balconies, our fault for not reading, but the hotel literally has no balconies at all.The bed was moving around freely if you would push a little,my bed was making noises like the old beds, the spa was NOT included and you had to pay 20 euros for 1 hour and 15 mins or so with a small option to make an 25 euros deal to enter in the week but no weekends and till Friday afternoon, rare stuff.Overall the hotel is not even near 4 stars, could maybe get 3 for large spacing but the condition is bad,you can see a lot of other defects right from entering main hall, broken tiles on the floor, broken window in main entrance, decent to poor desayuno, would not recommend to anyone, terrible experience
- The additional charge for the use of spa facilities.

The additional charge for the use of spa facilities.
Nice facilities, well mantanined (wich is not always the case in this kind of accommodation)
Location, definitely... Not the best place if you want to go for a walk in Aviles's city centre
Nice room and facilities
Too hot and messy
Big bed. Nice and quiet location. Spacious bathroom.
The property was amazing everything was clean and quite fancy breakfast was good!
Charged a lot just to go swimming for an hour and breakfast was cheap either
Very calm and private location, though well connected to the main interest points in the area. Have a great views. Fair restaurant. Warm staff. Big bathrooms. Rich breakfast if you are in to meat, cheese and fruits. Perfect location if you travel by car with unlimited parking spaces. Very close to supermarket. Best choice if your interest is around Trasona reservoir. Got fairly good gym. Good wi-fi.
Putting visitor who stays longer than 1 night just next to cleaners' room in empty hotel with paper walls - is bad from any angle of view.0 vegetable options for breakfast.
Probably the best thing of my stay was the massage at the spa
Position really isolated and difficult to reach, staff not very friendly and since I arrived at the hotel as a pilgrim they were not expecting me to be there, there is nothing around for km: no cafeterias, restaurants or supermarkets and the room was not worthing 160€ at all!
Nice and spacious rooms- we had two double rooms connected, which was perfect for parents and children.Rooms clean and beds comfortable and bathrooms very nice delimited. In the nearby you also have a big mall with everything you need.
The bar, good déco and great food
The spa, too many people at the same time
I tend to travel for both work and several vacations every year, so I think I can offer a balanced opinion on this place. First of all, despite all evidence on website and on location, this is not a 4-star hotel, not even 3, definitely sits squarely in the 2-star category. The restaurant food was appaling, many guests at the hoyel looked really questionable, first time I saw a feret in a hotel, so you kind of get the picture. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, overlooking an abandoned golf course on one side and industrial towers on the other side. The room windows are very small amd only in the upper part of the room, tinted dark, the room looks like a cave. We were a family of three traveling, the 3rd bed was actually this tiny thing that they jammed in between the desk and the chair. So, we had no access to anything, this was not a room for three people despite the reservation. In summary: a complete ripoff.
The staff were good, the place was clean and the beds were comfortable but the facilities were not as portrayed and the up keep was poor.
1) There was a large gap around the French windows so the room was not properly insulated against heat or cold. (The photo below shows the gap around the locked French window.)2) There was a notice telling guests that air conditioning should not be set lower than 27 degrees and heating should not be set higher than 19 degrees. Reminiscent of ‘free use of cruet’.3) The hotels web site and the Booking.com entry both showed an attractive indoor swimming pool, so it was not unreasonable to expect to have use of said swimming pool. Indeed we could use it - at a cost of €25 per adult or €15 per child.3) There was a mention of a golf course. This closed four years ago.4) The fresh fruit at breakfast was OK, but with little choice of cereals. However, the worst thing about the breakfast was the cooked offering. The bacon was reformed stuff that tasted horrible and the scrambled eggs were obviously made from the pre mixed liquid egg and had been made for so long that there was a crust on top.It had all the hallmarks of a hotel will is in the midst of a financial crisis and will shortly be declaring bankruptcy.
Habitaciones amplias, parking gratuito y un spa espectacular.
Recepcion poco amable.
Fantastic restaurant, clean, modern rooms and good facilities
Would like to have used the swimming pool for free without having to do the thermal circuit (paid)
Spa and staff were great! Bath and shower in the room was great!
Pillows were the worst thing from the stay. Room was clean but used. Tv was as big as my laptop screen. Sound proofing non existent. Breakfast is the same every day. 5 days in a row… gets abit limited but overall fine. This place is not worth the money we paid at all.
Good gymRoom is well appointed
Out of town in an enclave that won’t let you drive through it.Staff obviously undertrained…Spa an extortionate extra.Bar meals were burned and served with sustain. Restaurant could accommodate a table of 3 guest despite obvious vacancies.Prices on its aesthetic not ability.
Hotel had a good looking architecture. Service at the bar was very good and friendly.
Furniture was not in its best days.
The room was very clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a very quiet neighborhood too. It takes about 15 - 20 minutes to walk to the train station at Villelegre. From there it's a few minutes to Avilés and less than an hour from Oviedo. The spa is excellent for relaxing, but is closed in the afternoon from 1 - 4 pm.
The food was very disappointing. NO vegan choices for dinner/at the bar, and few vegetarian choices. Vegetarian choices were unhealthy. If you want a fresh salad or some vegetables, you're out of luck, but if you like eating fried things smothered in cheese and mayo, you'll probably be satisfied. Breakfast was pretty limited - very few vegan options. The menu is very out-of-date: add a vegan section, and provide some options for people who like fresh and healthy eating. The food is honestly a reason that I wouldn't return.
Modern room.
Rather unpersonal and cold atmosphere. Cleaning of furniture.
