Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff

Limited amenities, only one towel per person, limited access to restauration after 8:30, (buffet, coffee, etc). Nevertheless, I understand it’s the counterpart for enjoying a great price for the hotel.

We went to get away from excessive heat and that was successful. The in room AC is quite good. It isn't rreally on in the halls, reception, etc.

It is a modest, decent hotel No fancy touches but we didn"t expect any.

The breakfast was very good value and variety of products..

The long walk to the train station. A shuttle car could be a good source of revenue and convenience to guest.

The metro station is close,about 10 min of walk.Staff very nice,always ready to help.

We don't like the breakfast.For the price we paid it's very poor.Mainly sandwiches yogurts and croissant.

The hotel is exactly as expected. The rooms are cleaned and well maintained. The staff is helpful and efficient.

I found the room too small. It was difficult to find a spot to put our suitcases open even on the floor.

The room, the facilities

There's no privacy, the cleaning staff enter into your room in the morning between 9 and 10h30. Yes they knock but they enter anyway wether you get out of the shower or you are sleeping. It happened the 2 days I was staying at the hotel. The receptionist to whom I told what happen (07/02 morning) didn't care at all. No apologies.That's how it is..

It was very clean. I like that it is pet friendly. Also very wheelchair accessible

Cleaning stuff does not respect “do not disturb” sign. Overpriced breakfast and dinner with very limited food options. Room was pretty cold

A quiet and peaceful hotel to stay, close to all amenities such as the train station, few kebabs and restaurants. Nice mini shop mart when we discover more.

I wish they would understand English better. I've learnt my lesson at least to study French language ?. I became so frustrated when no one understands me.

The cleanliness, the silence in the hotel, the view, the tea and coffee every morning and the room in general with the bathroom.

The window didn't dim the outside sound completely and a bit of cold air was coming through the window, maybe the gaskets are worn, which did not allow the room to heat up as I imagined. But it wasn't cold though. Wall heating does not bring hot air, only at room temperature. But the electric heater on the wall worked and it was fine. Otherwise everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again on a future vacation.

Very friendly reception staff; room was small but adequate and good value for money. Good view of the river, convenient parking facilities.

For the price it was fine - could have done with some hand towels (only got one towel each in the bathroom, but sure they would have given us extras if we had asked).

- There is no hairdryer in the shower- Some of the reception staff have a problem with English- We departed at 6:00 AM, and breakfast service began at 6:30 AM. However, it was already prepared prior to our departure. We requested to have something to eat but were denied by the staff at reception, even when asking for something as simple as a croissant. Despite the fact that breakfast both paid for and ready, our request was refused. This experience left a negative impression of the hotel.

Couldn't control the a/c or it appeared to not be working, wasn't worth the trouble of trying to get it sorted, we weren't spending long stretches of time in the room.

Location was excellent for a wedding and reception we attended, view from tiny windows was ok but was oversold. very vibrant location 15 minute uphill walk to a very good high street with excellent cafes, shops and bars with a Saturday morning local market with food and wares.

Vastly overpriced for the quality of hotel, 4 **** prices for a 2 ** hotel.Large hole in our duvet, Huge burns in carpet, room in desperate need of a lick of paint, so swapped rooms just to find more burns on carpet but not so many and still in need of painting with doorframes filthy.Complete refurbishment required of this very tired hotel and small TV’s in small rooms. We ate and drank in town, but hotel doesn’t have bar anyway and breakfast is a definite 6/10.

Good location, good facilities

Personnel at the front desk spoke only French. I speak 3 languages and still had issues communicating.

Convenient location train close!

Restaurant was expensive and food was not great!
