Everything as expected with a bit of extra style.Big room, well equipped. Very comfortable bed and good blinds ensure a good night’s sleep.Excellent value restaurant for a touch of luxury.We have stayed before and high standards remain the same.

I would like a kettle/coffee machine in the room.

No coffee in room and you have to buy water

We had a one night stay. Hotel was smart and fresh. Room was fine with a very comfy bed and large tv. Dinner was excellent and good value. Quiet with lots of onsite parking. We did not stay for breakfast as we had a prompt start. Although there is a lift, the stairwell was bright and carpeted and not like the usual fire exit. Staff all friendly and helpful.

The light at the door in the room was movement activated which lit up the whole room when heading for the loo in the night. No other issues.

We loved this hotel. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. It is maintained and decorated to a very high standard. We ate in the resturant which offered high quality dining and choice for what we considered a reasonable price for such quality. We could not fault it. We will definitely return. It was a relaxing stay with everything you could want.

The staff were extremely professional, polite and friendly. My dinner in the restaurant was very good and the breakfast was excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice!!!

Large secure parking area. Dog friendly (bed supplied). Ground floor with access out from the room. Excellent dinner with a good wine list. Helpful, friendly staff. Good breakfast choices. Easy to find from the motorway.

The hosts were very welcoming. It was an extremely wet afternoon travelling on a motorcycle. We went to our rooms to dry off before dinner which was superb. We chose the “menu of the day” which was delicious! The breakfast was plentiful, with lots of choice. Although we were quite full from the previous meal the night before, we managed to eat. The restaurant staff were very professional.

Beautiful restaurant,had the Dover sole which was filleted at the table by a very professional young lady,and also served the rest of the restaurant in a very calm and unflustered way, nice Desserts and fabulous wine though not cheap,but if you want a good experience and how food and service should be provided you have to be prepared to pay for it

all of it, we had a great welcome, a comfortable room with patio, superb dinner, wonderful breakfast and all very reasonably priced.

Maybe a simple dish or two for much younger guests - although the waitress was very flexible in changing a dish to make it more 'yoof' friendly

Good overnight stay to break a long journey. our room was very large with modern décor but was lacking somewhat in character and amenities Car parking was a great plus being secure within the groundsThe evening meals were excellent. A rib-eye cooked French bleu arrived exactly as ordered and sole prepared at the table very much appreciated. 10/10 for us. However .. ..breakfast was a little below expectations at the price charged.Overall it was a good overnight stay en-route to/from Calais but overpriced for this purpose
