Le Bon Hôtel

Hotel offers an awesome breakfast, is very clean, maintains a friendly staff, is on top of their job, and offers a peaceful location close to a metro stop. I highly recommend.

The rooms are a little small, but, that is usually the case.

I'm used to small and simple rooms in Paris, despite the 4 star rating. However, the room was too expensive. Would still recommend because of location.

I liked the location.

The receptionist didn't make any effort to accommodate our early arrival. Didn't even offer any options. We knew it might not be possible but by saying just 'no', it left an unpleasant feeling. The room was very noisy (heard sounds from all other rooms).

It was wonderful. So clean, so safe, very convenient to subway. Lovely staff.

The room was a bit small but that’s only because I am being asked for an area of improvement. I moved around some tables and it was perfect. I think small rooms are common for Paris. It wasn’t an issue.

I rooms were situated close together as requested.

We requested 2 rooms, one was significantly smaller than the other. The shower in room 304 did not have a full door or curtain which resulted in water pooling on the bathroom floor with each shower, requiring the use of extra towels. The walls are thin.

location was good. many cosy bars and restaurants in area. metro very close.

the door in toilet was not closing, out of 4 days during 2 days hot water was not available! staff was unable to say the time when hot water would be available. Wi-fi was constantly logging off itself and had to be re logined manually.

The sheets and bathroom were clean Room was small but for single it is fine.But I didn’t like the carpet or moquette , this is a bog source of bacteria.

1-very rude girl at restaurant with yellow dyed ala garcon hair was unhelpful at all & rude shouting when i dropped few cereals of course by accident..couldn’t believe she’s treating guest like this!2-air conditioner was so bad ,old almost not working even after i requested many times to fix it

Everything really great. Excellent breakfast.Very nice people who organised a taxi to the airport.

I had a wonderful stay at Le Bon Hôtel! The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation options, making it convenient to explore the area. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-situated place to stay.

Convenient Location.

The member of staff on arrival was rude and unprofessional. When we arrived, the gentleman at the reception desk was arguing with another member of staff and did not acknowledge that we were there. Although we had booked via booking.com and then followed the hotel's process and checked in online in advance, (including requesting a cot for our son), we were shouted at and told there was no record of us booking a room for 3 (2 adults + 1 child) and that we should always call any hotel before arriving to advise. If that's the case, what's the point of doing an online check in? The whole interaction was very abrasive, rude and factually incorrect.

The staff was pleasant.

I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the place: there were spiderwebs and a spider in a corner of the ceiling at reception, and the room was just about clean enough; it looked like sheets had been used before. The room was extremely tiny too. There was no room to comfortably open my carry-on-sized suitcase, and no room either for a chair to sit down and work. The mattress was sub-standard. I didn't try the breakfast.

More items would have been better like Baked beans

Location is convenient, located in the same Metro line with most tourist attractions. Excellent bakery across and delicious Poke Bowl resto on the alley next to the hotel.

Reception staff was just okay, not really up to hospitality standard.
