Hotel Neugrabener Hof

Good location. Friendly check in. Comfortable

Breakfast was very late, only between 9 and 10 am

The bathroom that's all

I didn't like that fact that, the was no water in the room ,and it has happened twice . Secondly the fridge was smelling very bad in the room

The check process was extremely smooth, rooms where clean, and ready, even though it was a very short notice booking. Comfortable beds with clean bathrooms and very good parking. Second time we stay here but won't be the last one. Thank you!

Very comfy bedding and the room smelled nice!

The shower drain was clogged so you had to turn the shower off and wait for it to drain, and then rinse.

Location was good as it was near to the places I wanted to go. The room was good too nice and cleaned good space and bedding was comfortable.

Friendly staff

Broken shower, missing toilet flush cover, empty shampoo dispensers, very loud street noise, found someone’s old shoes under the bed. would not give it a single star. Was also quite expensive.

We are with family I booked family room the give me single room

We are with family I booked family room the give me single room and the take from us complete payment

Nice hotel option to stop by if you are traveling by car. We booked a 4 room and the same was very well sized, accommodating us all just fine. We arrived very late (1:30 AM) and thanks to the ability to do the check-in ourselves, we could still have a place to sleep :)

The cleaning of the room was not done properly, we found a diaper on the back of one of the heaters, this is just disgusting :(

Almost all good.

We came late night and room was soooo cold. We asked for baby cots - unfortunately they were not available, at the same time we did not receive any extra pillows when sleeping with small children in one bed.

Cleanliness, good stuff behavior, all the important facilities were there.

The staff was very friendly and nice to chat with. It was clean.

The pressure in the shower was very low. Windows view limited by another building attached to the hotel so could only see cement when looking out but on the other hand it made it very private.

I have booked a family room and got a phone call within 10 minutes from Hotel. They gave me the code for the key box. :)

The only thing was that the room didn't have cooling system so we needed to open windows. Then the noise of the cars from the road was disturbing.

The place was clean and comfortable.

There was no fan and it was so hot inside.

The rooms were very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. When we first entered the hotel from the outside, we were a little worried about our reservation, but when we saw the rooms, we were very happy. Everything was perfect.

The only problem was that the shower in the bathroom had a problem and the parking space was small and we had to park the car on the street at night. The rest of the things were great.

The room was nice and clean, had a mini fridge, a tv and bathroom. Everything in clean and in place. The hotel was close to restaurants, a bakery and supermarkets. Free parking and the staff was really nice :)

No complaints from here, everything was great!

Broken shower door + broken drawer under the sink

Nice and kind staff, convenient location and silence at night
