They let me store my bicycle in the pool house for the night Lovely room and breakfast.

We were very much surprised that the property was very nice. It was more like a villa than a hotel, although it has all that a hotel offers. The staff was very kind, the room, the yard, the bar, the breakfast - all was very nice. We definitely would come again when we are around!

May be the piano in the l;obby could be tuned (joking!) All the decorations in the place were great, and the piano is a nice attribute.

room was very warm even with thermostat off. with the window open had a mosquito issue. when discussed with front desk they turned off the heat system and provided a plug in mosquito solution that solved the issues.

Right on busy road but quiet nonetheless

Location is stunning, hotel has it's own restaurant but we dined in the one just literally across the road for a change of scenery. Hotel is friendly, clean and welcoming. Like staying with family. Rooms are good size and comfortable.

Sadly mosquitos were invading Tuscany on our trip - we struggled to clear our room of them. hotel did everything they could to help.

Staff extremely welcoming and helpful and good recommendations for places to eat- we had an excellent pizza. Good location too for Florence and local ceramic museum.Travelling with dog - plenty of space to walk and a good choice of room so we could come and go through our own outside without having to go through reception.

To be honest I booked this as it was all that was left and so much better than the small hotel in the middle of Empoli I had found. Delicious breakfast, good restaurant close by. On a main road but room was air conditioned and sound proofing good so did not worry us. We were only here for 2 nights around a wedding close by. It was lovely to relax by the pool before and after the wedding.

Rooms to the street can be a bit noisy.

We had a great stay and felt very welcomed by the staff. The building is filled with charm, the breakfast is very elaborate. It was a perfect stopover during our tour in Tuscany.

Mosquitoes have been present in the room all night despite using mosquito repellents, making it difficult for me to sleep comfortably.

The location is not the best if you go on holidays

There was nothing to like apart from leaving the premises in the morning.

The place is dirty and unbelievably tired. Any commentary to the contrary needs an eye exam. The ratings it has acquired/achieved are unbelievably misleading and false. There were more varieties of mosquitoes and insects on option in the room than pastries in the miserable morning buffet.
