The first receptionist was very helpful. Room was comfortable. Not the season for air conditioning but it was cool at night for sleeping with the windows open

The location was great - in small quiet town but close to Florence. The staff was very helpful and nice.

The hosts were the most friendly people on earth. We could feel like at home. The breakfast was basic and therefore great: coffee of your choice and a lot of pastry as well as yoghurt, corn flakes and tosts. For a dinner you can choose a restaurant 50 meters from the entrance of the hotel or other places in the town which seems like one of those in the mountains when you go skiing. Also easy to get from the center of Florence by train.

Really hard to find any disadvantage so I will not force myself to do it

The free shuttle service was seamless and allowed me to drop rental car the night before and not hassle with it in the morning.

There was no wifi in our room, which was pretty important to us. We had to go down to the first floor to even connect to the wifi.

Friendly staff and quiet location

Ideal location for exploring Tuscany. The hotel is a half hour drive from Florence and an hour from Pisa. Breakfast is not reach, good coffee is available on request.

Very hard to mention something positive. Maybe the cleaning.

Almost a motel. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms: people snoring, couples making love, flushing toilets etc etc...Breakfast very poor. It needs to be renovated.

The room and bathroom were both big and very hygienic. The whole hotel was super clean and they followed the covid rules which made us feel safe. The owners (father and son) at the reception were really nice and friendly! The location is great, both to visit the historical center, Pisa and the beach. They have a private underground parking! The wifi signal was strong. I totally recommend this place.

I wished there was a small fridge, but it’s normal for a hotel. Everything was good. :)
