The location was convenient for our trip purposes. There was ample and free parking. The reception area was big.

There was an awful smell in the corridors of our floor. When we informed the staff, they said it's the weather... For a 4-star hotel, it was disappointing in many ways. The beddings were not topnotch, the showerbox was tiny, the towels were not enough, the bathroom toiletries were of low quality, the fridge in the room was empty, the room telephone is old and only half works, the bedside lamp did not turn on, the sliding doors were heavy and hard to open, so on and so forth... Minor inconveniences, but sometimes it's really in the small details. The breakfast buffet was near empty when we arrived for breakfast. The staff did not seem very professional and properly dressed. They also weren't super attentive but were friendly enough. There is a lot of room for improvement in many areas. I've had better experiences in other 4-star hotels. This was actually closer to a 3-star hotel experience.

Big hotel, nicely decorated. Unique wall designs even in the room. Amazing breakfast selection with delicious cakes and croissants.

The bathroom shower makes the bathroom wet everywhere. Would be nice to do a standing shower instead of the tub.

The hotel is used by tourist coaches, so in the morning it can get quite noisy, when the tourists leave.The new electronic system to open the doors can stop working from time to time.

They deducted my money for not showing up but we were present and told us that there was no booking available.This is not fair and very poor customer service

Bed was comfortable and the shower was very good. All rooms were always air conditioned.

Every 4 star hotel I have went to in the past I was provided with an iron board, kettle, tea, coffee and milk but hotel & residence castelli is missing crucial quality of life things such as cutlery and cups. The floor was always dusty and sticky despite frequent housekeeping visits.

Good location, very good pizzeria near by.

Best accommodation, modern, new, so clean, and cheap. Rooms like these would cost thousands of euros everywhere else.

We were in the renewed part of the hotel, and the room are well equipped. For up to 3 persons it's good choice. Close to highway (unfortunately exit was closed during our stay). Spacious parking. Hotel has a bar, practical to take a drink after long day.

The salted meals (scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese...) were not refilled although we took our breakfast around 8h30 (served till 10h), and even after our request. The quality of the offered food was good.It's not practical for families with 4+ (hotel doesn't have family room)

Free gym on site. 24 hour reception. Bar & restaurant. Large room with modern bathroom.

Beautiful renovated rooms. Cleaning staff were friendly & helpful.

Sound proofing between rooms could be better. Reception staff cold but efficient. Staff at breakfast seemed as if they didn't want to be there, unhelpful & almost rude. Coffee was awful, I can't imagine any Italian ever drinking it.

Good value for the money, excellent breakfast.Hotel is partially renovated, there is a pool (we didn't use it because of short stay), heating is good, rooms were hot during the cold day outside.
