Pros +
- I had the pleasure of staying here for almost three weeks, and honestly, everything about this place was perfect. The decor is so authentic and beautifully done, it really gives the hotel such a unique charm. The staff were incredible, always warm, friendly, and ready to help with anything. The location, the views, and the overall cozy, homely feeling made it an experience I’ll never forget.
- Our entire experience was wonderful. They offer online, pre-checkin and were able to accommodate our late arrival because of this. Our room was simply lovely, with a nice living area adjacent to the room that made the space feel like a suite. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. Bonus, their AC was wonderful as well!
- good hotel, convenient location from the motorway, delicious breakfast
Cons -
- uncomfortable bed
- Roma not worth the price, especially rooms facing the dumpster / service area
- This building was converted into a hotel very unprofessionally. Half the rooms have a view on a dumpster and the hotel service area (not what you'd expect when looking at the photos). The rooms have ZERO soundproofing, you can hear the lightest whisper from the corridor, water running in your neighbor's bathroom, and every toilet flush very loudly. The rooms have a fridge that is constantly buzzing (not intended for hotel rooms this small) and a loud AC. If you don't use AC and open the windows, you'll be disturbed by dumpster noises and someone else's AC. And they charge you 200+ EUR per night with no remorse for rooms which may be suitable as staff accommodation, not hotel rooms.

Roma not worth the price, especially rooms facing the dumpster / service area
The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff folds all your clothes. Rooms have a bidet, which is a nice addition.

Nice location, great & friendly staff ( Silvia & Edwardo).
I think they need to upgrade their breakfast menu to have a better selection of food.
The hotel is just lovely with a beautiful view, the pool was lovely and clean. Breakfast was also good, parking in front of the hotel. We recommend this place
The restaurant was closed for holiday and was little difficult to find a place for dinner
Passable
The pictures look much nicer than the place actually is. It's clean, but dated. It's good if you are travelling through via highway, because that's right next to it (although not audible from the rooms). It's more of a motel than a hotel. Not suited for a touristic city visit to Vicenza, which is what we had planned to use it for. We stayed in really nice places on our short trip in Italy, and this one was the most expensive and thus most disappointing one. If you are visiting Vicenza, pay a bit more and stay in the city.
Very nice and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very cooperative.
I enjoyed my stay and the staff made my stay even more enjoyable. They were very approachable, nothing was too much for them to do for me even with the language barrier.
The fact that I didn’t have a kettle in my room and items to make tea/coffee
Great hotel in convenient location. The restaurant on the site is 5 stars. We had amazing dinner and a good breakfast. Rooms are good size with a good size bathroom, very clean.
The breakfast was outstanding, very delicious and full of everything. The hotel is a bit older but comfortable. The elevator is working with difficulty and unfortunately because of the season the terrace window could not be opened because of little bugs were coming into the room. There is a very fancy restaurant in the hotel downstairs, a different image to the hotel.
The hotel offers basic facilities that met my needs for a short stay. The environment was generally comfortable, and the staff was reasonably prompt in their service.
My stay was somewhat disrupted by the extreme noise levels during the night from other guests. While I recognize that a hotel can't control the actions of every individual, it was disheartening to see that no measures were taken to address the situation. Furthermore, it was concerning to note that despite efforts by some guests to mitigate the noise, they weren't successful.
Nice staff but not enough to fill the gaps
Very old giant structure, they boast a recent renovation but everything is actually in decline. Old furniture, worn out bathroom, they don't even have a proper elevator: just a service elevator. Not to mention the dangers in the swimming pool area: the deck chairs tend to fall backwards when you lay down (I fell backwards on the floor and hit my back), and above the pool there is a cable, which could burst if it falls into the water. Definitely not worth the price.
Convenient stay near the main highway on our trip to Venice. Quite uphill, but easy to find, they also have their private parking nearby. Although being 4* the hotel is quite dated, so do not expect any fancy things over there. On the other hand all the needed facilities are there for your quick layover. The staff vas very helpful and change the type of the room on or request, thanks a lot! The breakfast was ok, the machine making pancakes was excellent!
Quite dated interior, do not expect anything fancy
Excellent location not to far away from the motorway. But far enough you could not hear the traffic. They had a swimming pool and excellent out door seating area in the shade.
Loved everything about it
Very nice place and good facilities, free swimming pool and tennis. The breakfast was much more and huge selection of delicious food.
Perfect hotel saff. Great breakfast. With clean pool.
Very big rooms and confortable for a family of 4. We had a great time at the pool, it was silence and there is a gorgeus scenary down the hill. It would have been great to spend more then one night. The hotel is on a hill from where you can walk around, 5 min by car to town. The breakfast had a good variety of sweet food and some salty. The girls at the reception were friendly and helpful. We liked everything.
This hotel has nice staff. Parking is also very convenient. It is an easy drive to Venice, Vicenza and Verona from this hotel. The breakfast is also very good.
The room facilities and decor are dated. But it's comfortable to live in.
