The pool

I didn?t get the room I paid for I asked see view and I got pool view to much noise during the night from neighbours furniture all fulling apart room not properly clean .

Had 2 toilets and a kitchen. If in good shape you can walk to Fuengirola.

No air-conditioning in twin room.

Rude staff.

Was ok for the price

Check in at 4 pm Is too late. If you stay and extra day the room service do not clean the room

Except for the location, nothing at all.

The location was good. room was very cold considering this winter was one of the coldest in Costa del Sol. No heating in the bedroom. There was a heating in the living room but that would not reach the bedroom. I did not use the outdoor swimming room. On the very first night they gave me an apartment on the ground floor. The bedroom was outrageously too small for 2 single bed with no electrical plugs. There was a broken plug with no cover which was very difficult to reach right behind one of the bed, almost too close to the floor. I called the hotel reception immediately to request a change of room. They told me that was not possible. I had to wait until the next morning. Next day, when I called the reception to request a room change, I was told I have to pay 60.00€ or 65.00€ for cleaning which I did not agree to. They finally agreed not to charge me for one night of stay, after my refusal. In the replacement room, he toilet was not flushing properly. I had basically no internet and their so called engineer had no clue at all. A second person arrived,, he too could not resolve the issue with the internet so I gave up. The water in the basin would not get hot and to flow was not good at all. In the 7 days I was there, no one came to tidy the rooms or make the bed. They supposed to attend once every 4 days. I also had an issue with the breakfast. I need to take that up with Booking.com

Calm and pleasant with great views and facilities (though they can get crowded), a quiet atmosphere, and a lovely tunnel access to the beach just note that having your own car is essential, otherwise getting around and fully enjoying the stay can be difficult.

Location. Variety of activities, if you are travelling for the leisure purposes. Excellent parking opportunities. The reception building is modern and air conditioned.

Premises are really tired and smokey. Rock hard beds. Poor kitchenware. Be aware, if to make reservation and pay via Booking.com you may not receive the receipt from the reception. The response is that - we have forwarded your request to the book-keepers and you they will take care of the matter. 5 days later still waiting.... Fingers crossed.

Beautiful setting and views. Quiet location

Location was good and bad. Not very convenient to go to the beach but easy access.

Old,smelly,and we found cockroaches few times

We were disappointed with the interior of the apartment, which was not as shown in the media. Parking was limited, and facilities were also restricted. There were other higher-standard units that we were not aware of when we made our reservation. We are used to Marriott's resort standards.

Cleanness, specious and suitable for Families, good breakfast, nice pools

Closest beach was 10 minutes walk, and mostly rocky and gravel , not sandy , no microwave, house keeping every 3 days

The cockroach from the room. And the fact that i was arivied at 10:00 and i could checkin only at 16:00

Clean spacious. Our apartment was just renovated and very well deco. Great air conditioning. The whole resort area was so big. We really enjoyed our stay here for 4 nights. Our kids loved the swimming poo

The check-in/main reception was quite far from the entrance. The whole resort/area map was a little tumbled to read for the first visit. It's not easy to find the right apartment location for the first visit. It's really nice if the visitor can get some guide/map before check-in to get to know the area/place before get there. A little more kitchen equipment would be good.
