Hilton Dushanbe

Modern rooms and excellent location with great staff

Our room was very clean and had amenities like a desk and a nice comfortable sofa. It also had an electric kettle so we could make coffee or tea.

As soon as we entered our room, we called guest services to bring us slippers, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. But after a day and several calls to the reception, we were able to get slippers and toothbrushes from the hotel. The hotel pool was not of good quality and I quickly got out of the pool after entering.

Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, nice view, professional staff, clear communication. Perfect choice if you want to spend a more luxurious night in Dushanbe.

We were asked to pay 30$ for a one-way ride from the airport to the hotel (which takes less than 5 minutes), which is slightly outrageous.

Location and staff

The windows was not sealed enough so the room was cold a bit.

Clean and good, the check in and check out was fast

The service was poor we must wait 2hours just for 1 bottle of water but the most thing ,even one slipper weren't in room, any toothpaste, toothbrush, bathrobe...any even mini bar

The people (staff) were super nice and couldnt have been more helpful, from an early check in to sorting out my taxi to the airport, the staff including the cleaning team couldnt have been nicer. The staff at breakfast were also very helpful and were very nice.

Clean and spacious rooms. Helpful staff and great Asian restaurant

Too expensive

The helpful staff and the Azia restaurant

The price of the shuttle to the airport is way too overpriced. A regular taxi costs 10 somoni. In addition, there was no indication that the price of 18 USD is for one person. And to pay for 2 people in the same car the amount of 36 USD is indeed outrageous. In addition, we were not warned that the cost of 18 is per person. You definitely need to check into this. It spoiled our very good impressions at the end of the stay.

Is quietly good hotel. It is clean and comfortable. in Dushanbe it is hard to find clean hotel, so this one is surely good. A little expensive for Dushanbe, but better pay more than to stay in bad hotel

Staff was very helpful and the food was very good. If you are gonna to travel in Dushanbe, it's one of the good places to stay.

Close to Rudaki St

the club bar doesn’t work in duration of my stay

Hello! Spent 4 nights here. Got some experience to talk about. Only one guy was realy good on the reception desk (paid for my taxi, gave me early check-in, helped me with the local currency). However, team in the main restaraunt was quite good. Room was great, spacial and clean. Thanks a lot for such a good choice of pillows ang great matress.

Staff on front desk works good only in relaxed time. When it`s rush hour they are not friendly and always busy with something. They also always counting money in front of guests face and makig busy faces. You better do it in your office, guys. Breakfest was fairly modest for Hilton. Every moning I asked fot fresh orange juice and only once they brang me the real one, that was just squeezed from the real oranges, a bit sneaky. Plumbery need some improvements.

Good location, good breakfast

Internet is very slow, staff is not helpful, my items were not clean (for example bathrobe)Overall experience is about 4 star hotel, but not 5 star

bad experience

not clean - bad service - noisy

1. Nice staff.2. New building (in comparison with other big hotels).3. Spa and pool was great.

1. Booking says total cost is 155 USD but Hotel system will calculate and charge 169 USD.2. Booking hotel’s description says about bath but there is only shower.3. We had early breakfast (4AM) and I cannot say it was “very good breakfast”.

Only issue with washroom they don’t have Muslim shower

That’s very bad impression for the foreign customer

It was clean

The price was extra normal

That is Hilton!everything on the Hilton Level - I live and enjoy staying.
