    Pros +

    • The view, staff and service
    • It is a larger hotel with a casino attached. The artwork in the lobby was interesting. Staff friendly in general.
    • All employees are very attentive and very service oriented.Zoe who is working in the team for breakfast is absolutely nice The team at the beach and the bar is great

    Cons -

    • Pool was glass enclosed...so the hotel had an excuse to say pool and beach chairs was extra since ´outside the pool area´. For a hotel costing $566 per night, it is outrageous they want to nick you for another €49 per chair, per day!. We got so upset we stayed ONE day only...and moved to L´Erimitage l´Oasis down the road that was HALF the cost and better value. Free pool and breakfast. That hotel (L´Erimitage) I can recommend warmly.
    • High speed wifi should be free and standard
    • Horrible old dirty broken toilet room in orange with dim light. Bottom end of motel standard. No seats or lounges at pool or beach without paying another 120€, gotta sit on the floor as hotel guest. Pool not heated.Instant coffee at 360€ a night, complete joke.

    Location was good

Old run down building , no gym , no room service food other than a cold salad , the hotel is a shadow of its former self . It’s apparently been sold for redevelopment so they are just running it into the ground and that shows .

fabulous hotel, seaview room are spacious, comfy and cleanstaff extremely nice

continental breakfast 28e for 2 toasts 1 tea 3 mini pastries and one natural yoghourt is way too much

The terrace area and cafe overlooking the sea; the room with sea view and balcony; the super-size bathroom. The valet parking service. The walk along the coast to La Napoule port and it's nice restaurants, especially Le Boucanier; the charm of Mandelieu; proximity to Cannes and lunch in Scalini.

The poor start: queues for check-in; the initial room allocation (changed after a lot of hassle); limited room service menu (but possibility to order from the restaurant downstairs.

My wallet got stolen the after my first night and still waiting for something to be done, was totally fobbed off. With no money at I was told I would get my taxi covered to the hotel but still haven't been refunded for that. Went for a wedding and totally ruined the celebration for me, disgraceful!

Lovely spacious room.Great location.Super-friendly Reception staff.

Bar service poor.Tariff for beach hugely disappointing. The nearby public beach is superior anyway.

The view was fantastic, housekeeping and Room and front desk was service was super efficient.

The rooms could me more modernized with USB plugs.I ordered fresh fruit, it came from a pre cut bucket, not edible Restaurant could have a selection of baked items or small meals for people that do not want big meals

This hotel is perfect for a week away with the family. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, beautiful views & an incredibly clean and comfortable room make the Pullman one of the best hotels I’ve been to. The short walk to the harbour and a bunch of lovely little restaurants is ideal, and you’re only a short drive from the centre of Cannes. I can’t fault this hotel!

If I had to say something, it would just be the price of food / drink. But it is the south of France, so everywhere is expensive.

The building is falling apart. The staff are liers, the restaurant staff extremely rude. None had any interest in being

The A/C doesn’t work in several rooms, and the staff is fully aware of this issue. We requested it to be fixed or to change rooms six times. Each time, they assured us it had been repaired, but the A/C was still not working. On our fourth request for a room change, we were told the hotel was fully booked and, again, that they would send a technician. By the sixth time we raised the issue, we found out that technician had ever been sent, the staff knew this room had a recurring A/C problems, and the hotel had other rooms available to give us instead—they simply didn’t want to accommodate us and give us another room. It wasn’t until our third day, after we lost our patience and raised our voices, that we were finally given a different room and treated fairly. The entire facility is in disrepair. The bathrooms are rusted and smell bad. Avoid the breakfast: the food is extremely poor. In short: a “tourist trap.”

Once upon a time this was a great hotel, today it can be described with one word... Chaos. If you think you are going to this hotel to relax by the pool and the sea, think again.. best describtion, it s a combination between a overcrowded Disney Land and a packed airport... The pool area is just a joke, you pay for a chair if you are so luckey that you reserve a chair before you arrive else everything is occupied...Pool staff is running around as chicken without a head, just focusing on one thing, making sure the cash for the chair is coming.I have been visting this hotel for 30 years, luckely we hear its taken over by Marriot... can't wait...

Zilia was very helpful with everything that was needed to close out this trip.

A/C didn’t work very well, the maintenance person was rude to one of people in the group thinking that because she was American she couldn’t understand French when they called the front desk.

Great view, close to water sports, great place to tan, and the water was great. They gave dog bowls.

The air conditioning was horrible, even though I had the door hanger on do not disturb, and I said many times that I didn’t need service, I was still asked multiple times and called to ask if I needed service, I had asked to have a maintenance person check the air conditioning and go to no service, the price of the room is not worth the money, the hassle of the trip is not worth it.

Location was excellent with direct access to a small sandy beach and the sea. On the whole, staff were friendly, helpful and polite. Breakfast buffet was good. Good view from the room, nice balcony. Room was very clean, good size with mini fridge. Decent beds. Frequent servicing of rooms. Bottle of water, a coke and an orange juice provided each day. Lots of staff to take drink and food orders from the sunbeds. Hotel walking distance of Mandelieu village and several nice restaurants. Also only 5-10 mins drive to Cannes. Overall would stay again if in the area.

I paid in advance for parking on arrival but later when an issue arose and I was offered free parking, the lady in reception said I had not already paid and had to go and calculate things before she realised I was right. Also, on our second stay we had a camp bed in the room for our daughter rather than a sofa bed ( which I had booked) and it squeaked loudly. The air conditioning was also faulty, although the hotel did repair it the next day. Food was repetitive for lunch and no gluten free options. One day I asked for gluten free bread for club sandwich as the menu said it was available. However, sandwich that was brought looked like normal bread. I asked if it was gluten free ( as ordered) and reply was “ I don’t know, I didn’t make it”. Complete lack of understanding or concern. I then had to ask for the server to go and check. A different server came back to say no it wasn’t gluten free as they could not do that for a club sandwich. Ridiculous!!!! Note: You must pay to use all the sunbeds €35- € 160 per bed per day depending on size and location although the €35 option was explained in advance. Also, the beach not private to hotel and not very big, but fine morning- early afternoon. Very busy later. There are apartments nearby who also use it.

Excellent location. Fabulous hotel. The room was clean and very spacious. Great view from the pool and beach. Intercontinental buffet for breakfast. Friendly and very welcoming staff. I highly recommend staying at Pullman Cannes Mandelieu Royal Casino to family and friends. 10/10.

Good location Clean and modern took and bathroomGood breakfast

I was very surprised and annoyed that as a residence of the hotel one has to pay €45 for a bed at the pool. For the nightly price I would have expected to them to be free for Hotel guests .Also didn’t like the layout of the pool are with glass around it and beds facing away from the pool .There is nowhere one can sit just to read a book in the pool area .
