Double charged.. one of our rooms

It’s was quiet and the property was almost empty. The staff was really welcoming at the check-in and check-out.

I would not stay in summer time as it would be too noisy and full. Ideal and very cheap in winter time. The size of the bathroom is super small and the doors opening are not convenient. Also the curtains at the entrance is a real pain to keep them closed for privacy when you exit the room.

Apartment was clean and look freshly renovated, all you need for the stay in the kitchen, first floor has a bathroom, kitchen and sofa bed with table and 4 chairs, parking on site next to the apartment, staff speaks good English.

Its great if you have a car, but probably not the best for those who use the public transport.

Price

Checkin at reception only from 4 to 6pm, no instruction received for checkin after 6pm. Property not answering the messages. Smelly bathroom, noisy rooms, you can hear the neighbor as he is in the same room as yours. Impossible to check out before 9am, need to wait until the reception opens for paying the tourist tax. Very high tourist tax.

the door does not lock, the keys were broken, the staff refused to help, and the hotel was soooo bad and unsafe i had to leave and just not get a refund to stay somewhere else where my door would lock.. i had to carry my valuables with me during the day because the door would not lock the location was also really terrible

Recommend you check the functioning of WiFi and appliances before reception closes- experienced issues/non functioning - once this is rectified this establishment would be rated excellent

Very cozy location, but we were on low season, where half of the houses were empty, thus extremely calm. You hear birds singing.

Good enough for staying in two days when I visited mimose paradise. Very quiet place as it's stay away from a city. There are many amazing nature places around to see/walk/hike.

Too small kitchen and facilities. Very cold apartment during winter time :(. There is a electric heaters which were on 24h but still not enough. Stone floor was probably the matter. It should be good for summer period to keep coolness, but at winter season it takes all warm out from the house. For sleeping it was fine temperature, btw.

Could do with a plastic bath mat inside the bath for when showering as it’s a little slippery

Very good apartments close to the sea and nearby Cannes. Very good and comfortable beds, excellent location, private secured parking, friendly host. Ideal place for family with kids and pets. Very good price !

Lovely location, apartment had a little terrace with garden, too. One bedroom upstairs with bathroom and kitchen downstairs. Small but comfortable.

There was a smell of seafood throughout the apartment when we arrived - probably the guests in adjacent apartment had seafood- but it lingered over for the whole day. Beds were on the soft end of the spectrum.

Beautiful surroundings. Well kept swimming pool. Very basic furniture.

Fleas in the bedding - covered in flea bites. No duvet covers - have to pay extra for this. Far from main town: 30-45 minute walk. WiFi worked for only a few hours during the stay.
