Clean, silent, comfortable parking, close to town and convenient restaurant onsite. Owner and staff members are friendly, kind and respectful. We definitely recommend this hotel.

this was my second visit . The room .booked on line was unfact smaller than my room so i ended up paying more for a larger room .The hotel was not fully booked so it would have been nice for them to up grade me .Pool and breakfast is good

- AC not working well, phone not working - not fixed during 4 days stay- Room very small and smells humidity- Asks 100€/day additional in advance, impossible to pay in the end, insists several times to pay for the restaurant immediately and impossible to put on the room —> clearly not the standards of a 4 star hotel- Room is not cleaned at 3pm —> we ended up not having our room cleaned at all between two nights- Awful reception staff (but very nice staff at the restaurant)- Dangerous pool, someone cut his feet and emergency services were called- you need to bring back yourself the towels from the pool and it is maximum 1 switch per dayOverall, staff not to the standards of a 4 star hotel, and you can feel they want to save money everywhere they can

We had an amazing stay at Ilot du Golf! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring our honeymoon was perfect. The room was fantastic, and they made early check-in a breeze by allowing us to leave our luggage, which was later delivered to our room before we came back. A special thanks to the hotel manager for the exceptional treatment and making our stay unforgettable! They even prepared some 2go breakfast for us due to our early trip. Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and hospitality!

Wonderfully decorated new hotel building with a beautiful pool on the canals. Very relaxing, great views and fantastic beds!

Customer service needs a bit of improvement. After the initial booking I wanted to extend my stay and went directly to the front desk thinking they would be able to offer me a price at least matching the one I found on Booking.com and save them some money. Turns out the price offered by the hotel for a 3 night extension was 150 euro more expensive than Booking.com, so I ended up booking it online. I think every front desk should be empowered to make competitive deals directly to customers and save the hotel paying for fees on external platforms otherwise it leaves a very unprofessional impression. Being able to book directly at the hotel for a good price was always my experience in every other location I’ve travelled to.The staff at the hotel restaurant is sometimes a bit lost as to what they should be doing. They are all very nice and polite but they either spend too much time at certain tables, while ignoring others, forget orders or seem generally overwhelmed (this is specific to the dinner service). This might be due to lack of training, being new, etc. but should definitely be worked on, as the restaurant serves good food in a nice atmosphere.My only real criticism is the air-conditioning in the hotel. We stayed there end of July and it got progressively hotter outside and you could feel how the AC just wasn’t coping with it under the preset settings. You could feel the AC in the room was on a minimal setting, so I asked the front desk if it’s possible to increase the speed or turn the temperature down, as the there was no response from the control unit in the room. After they initially tried something on the 1st day, on the second day, after I complained again, they said the hotel was full and that’s why the AC is overloaded. When you sell a 4-star package for more than 200 Euro a nicht, the bare minimum of expectation is that the AC is working properly regardless of external weather conditions.

Everything was good. Comfy beds, great shower, delicious breakfast.

Some aspects of how the staff is trained needs improvement but overall works well.

Supposed to be a Golf resort but it is not, the course is close to the hotel but does not bellow to the hotel

We had a very nice time at this hotel. The staff, especially Michel, was very attentive, nice and professional.

Staff were very helpful restaurant food was great room very quiet and comfortable.

Pool did not open until 10am.

Great location close to the A8, overall nice facilities, very helpful and positive team, car park.

Complimentary bottled water i believe should be renewed every day during room cleaning. 7 EUR for a big bottle (keeping in mind there are no markets around) is a little bit intense.

The location was perfect.It is close to my place of interest, shops, a grocery store, a pharmaceutical store (in case of emergency) and many more.Furthermore, the hotel itself was perfect too.It has everything you need and more, the staff is very friendly and helpfull as well.

The staff are fantastic, the check-in very smooth and welcoming. We had dinner here which was delicious and the rooms and overall hotel is to a very high standard. A fantastic stay and lovely walks by the river too.

The staff is very friendly, the room was very comfortable overlooking the little marina next to the hotel. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with choice of fresh products, anything you may wish. Walking distance to the beach. A very quiet hotel too. My favorite hotel in Mandelieu when I have to work there. Very refreshing to once find a hotel that is not managed as a financial asset, but where hospitality is still an art and the people that work there take pride in providing a good experience

The pool wasn't heated yet and the opening hours of the pool are from 9 a.m. Not very useful if you have to start working in the morning.
