Art Hotel Hirosaki City

Excellent location

A little run down

The hotel next to the Hirosaki station was wonderful. The breakfast food and variety were awesome. It has three washer/dryers. Also they had two types of pillows and I really liked the firm foam one.

It would have been nice if I could use a credit card for washer/dryer.

I liked the proximity to Hirosaki Station. The buffet and staff were wonderful.

I have stayed here four times and in the past was very pleased with my room. This trip, I was disappointed because my room was very much in need of renovation. The wall paper was dirty and peeling. The carpet was very dirty, needs deep cleaning or replacement.

Staff were helpful and efficient.Breakfast was good.

Room slightly small.

Staff were helpful and efficient.Breakfast was good.Bed was comfortable.Good location.

Very few choices for lunch in the neighborhood.

Location, right next to train station Buffet breakfast is amazing

Wet smell in bathroom, need ventilator??

The room was clean, great location and friendly staff.

The rooms were big and spacious! The beds were comfortable! The staff was amazing! Close to food options and the station.

Clean and convenience location. No Tabako smells like the hotels close by

Front staff was not friendly. No greetings. They do their jobs, though

Good location. OK for the price, I guess.

AC had little options to adjust, and was quite noisy. Room was smelly and old, same as the corridors. Bathroom was tiny, like being on a ship.

The room was large and very comfortable. There were 3 elevators, avoiding any waiting time, even at breakfast time.nothing specific comes to my mind.

It is just outside Hirosaki Station. Super convenient location. There are a small mall within the station and walking distance around the hotel.Hotel is a little dated but the location make it up.

Very close to Hirosaki station and bus station. There’s also a 7/11 in the same building, so you don’t have to go outside if you want to buy some food

Near JR station, has car park, friendly staff.

The room is clean but looks little dated. The duvet cover is worn out and needs to be replaced.

The location is good for taking the bus to Aomori airport. Bus terminal right beside the hotel. Many restaurants nearby the hotel within walking distance.

Non, was a great stay at the hotel.

The location next to the main station was very convenient. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices and everything tasted really nice.

There was not much space in the room which made it slightly difficult to open larger suitcases.

Our stay at this hotel was overall very enjoyable. The location was perfect for exploring the city, making it easy to get around. We had a fantastic view from our room, and during our visit, it was snowing heavily, which only added to the charm. The dinner and breakfast buffet were highlights of our stay. My kids loved the special soda mixer, which was a unique touch.

The only downside was the room temperature, which couldn’t be adjusted. It was a bit too warm for our liking, making it slightly uncomfortable. Additionally, parking can be a challenge as spaces are limited, though they do offer pay parking with a discount. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel, especially for its convenient location and excellent dining options.

Location, breakfast, service

No dry room

Superb location next to train station. Good sized rooms. Comfy cosy temperature in room when outside is sub zero degree Celsius. Love the pillows, comfy beds.

Breakfast variety is good.

Room of around 220 sf is small for 3 persons. There is no space to walk especially when luggage bags are open.
