Hotel Hyper Hills Hirosaki

The facility is not new but they effort to keep cleaning everywhere. Affordable

If there’s WiFi at the G floor it’s perfect

The hotel was close both to the train terminal and the Hirosaki Castle. It had a buffet breakfast and overall wasn't bad for the price. They allowed leave our bads in the hotel a couple of hours after the check out.

The recepcionist was rude. The breakfast ended at 9 am and at 8:45 they started retiring all the food and being really loud and wanting us to leave (which is weird in Japan being most people super nice). It was an old hotel and could use a renovation

The breakfast was ok, it was buffet style and it had enough options. It was a decent price for having my own room, so it's not a bad choice

17 minutes from the train station walking, so not exactly close. Not that far either to be fair. A bit closer to the castle, but you still have to walk a bit. The area doesn't have much to do around the hotel .

The breakfast was very tasty and so variety. I really enjoyed the bike rental and could go around Hirosaki city.

The facility was good. Lots of optional items were available near the lobby .

It was adequate with both Japanese and some western options. But the menu was largely unchanged during my 4D3N stay. By the 3rd morning, the breakfast was a bit boring.

Free bathroom amenities and even soft toys for the kids to borrow . Breakfast was simple but very nice . The kids loved the free hot chocolate . Laundry facilities were also good

Staff were quite aloof, it was heavily snowing when we were there and I asked reception if they could help us get a large taxi to the station on our last day - they told me no . I asked again the next day using google translate and again they repeated no. This meant a very difficult walk back to the station pulling heavy luggage through streets of snow . I actually slipped and felt very embarrassed . Any assistance from the hotel for a family of 4 tourists obviously wanting help to get to the station would have been good

Spacious room, big comfortable bed, good breakfast.

The bathroom sink was outside of the bathroom. A bit inconvenient but ok.

Good value for money, and good location about halfway between the Hirosaki park (castle) and the railway station. You can walk for 10-15 minutes to either.

If you only go to either the railway station or the castle, the walking is a bit far.

The breakfast was very delicious. And the price was very reasonable.

The bed was not very comfortable.

Walking distance to the train station. Comfortable pillows and bed. Very friendly and helpful staff although they didn’t speak much English??

The one restaurant close by which was recommended for dinner was closed. No alternative options were given nor marked on the map.

bathrooms are very small in Japan… the way they positioned their bathroom layout was something I have never seen before and was quite comfortable actually using it as a very large individual.

appeared dark on the outside but appreciated once inside because of how they provide dark out shutters.

Staff hospitality and cleaness-small room

Small and old-fashioned room.Free but poor morning (have curry but no yogurt nor fresh vegetables, local-foods).Bit far from the Hirosaki-Station and very puzzling entrance position.But the price is as the level as…other more urbanized city hotel or clearener/newer hotel

It's even closer tot he bus terminal than the train station. On the way a big supermarket, very convenient.

Old furniture and stains on the wall. Breakfast is included but too late, starting at 7.00 AM, so I paid for it but i didn't use it.
