Blossom Hotel Hirosaki

Small, clean hotel close to train station. Nicely decorated lobby. Quiet area, tree lined promenade in front, near shopping. Quiet, comfortable room. Even though their English was limited, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Bike rental available.

Bathroom was a bit dark and dated. Toilet flush was very loud. Monitor needed to be dusted.

The breakfast was incredible. The staff asked every day what time we'd like to have breakfast, and then it was delivered to our room with a gentle knock on the door at the expected time, and left outside on a tray. The content changed each day - delicious bento boxes of rice, proteins, miso soup and vegetables. Beautifully presented and wonderful!

The laundry machine worked just fine, but the tumble dryer didn't do much. The staff very kindly gave us a hanging rack and pegs though, so we could air-dry the laundry.

The location to the train station is unbeatable, staff very friendly, and room clean and functional. The hotel also offers bicycles to rent for a reasonable price, which was a plus for me.

It would be more comfortable if each room had cold air conditioning you could control rather than just heat. The good news is you can open the window to cool the room down if needed. No coin laundry. The room may be a little small for some, but it is on par with most other Japanese hotel rooms.

Breakfast was served in the room in a small box that was left at the door. Ingredients not very good. worst bed I have ever slept in - soooo hard. Very few and not convenient electrical outlets for charging gear. Need your own adapters.

Super quiet, yet central. Very friendly staff. Although not the most modernised place, everything is still in very good state and spotlessly clean. Large twin beds.

Coffeemachine in the room was a plus, but should make much stronger coffee ?.

Location, location, location. Blossom is a short walk from the train station and a short taxi ride from the park and castle. An ideal place to stay for a visit to Hirosaki.

Hotel is located very close to the station, easily accessible by underground passage with elevators and stairs. Front desk personnel are friendly, courteous and helpful with directions. Breakfast was delicious - delivered to the room in a bento box at the time I specified to the front desk at check in. Breakfast contained Japanese style food-salmon, rice and vegetables. Rooms are clean with comfortable beds and it is very quiet.

Booked for period to enjoy the amazing cherry blossoms at Hirosaki Park on non cancellable terms. Am aware of the short supply of rooms and relatively steep pricing for a dated small hotel. The bento breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful.

An extra pillow would be good. The furnishings were dated and curtains were thin allowing the street light to shine through.

Excellent location by the railway station. lovely breakfast served bento box style to the room. Comfortable couches to sit on and relax.

Room was renewed recently, it was clean. However the faucet in the bath room sink does not function, only cold water. no hot water. only for shower. It is minor issue, the hotel staff delivered breakfast to the room, which great, but there was a small round table in the room, for two people to eat together, it was bit inconvenient.

The hotel is in a convenient enough spot. It's clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Parking is available on-site for 550 yen per day. The shower was pleasantly powerful.

The interior is a bit dated and faded, which is charming in its own way. The pillows were uncomfortably overstuffed.

This place was in a very convenient location. not far from the train station and not far from food. It was also decently close to all the buses that you need to explore Hirosaki. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to help. I even accidentally left my key in the room and the cleaner was kind enough to unlock the door for me straight away.

It did get a little stuffy in the room but the fans provided in the room solved that issue

breakfast is one of the best! it's a set breakfast delivered on a shelf outside the room on an agreed time. its high enough quality and japanese, and a lot, but delicious. the room was nice, quiet and large enough. we liked it very much! closeby the railway, so very convenient for a short stay

english is difficult, so communication asks some patience. for information regarding things to visit they referred to the touristic service at the station ( which is excellent, of really high standard! arranged a taxi for us which picked us up in the middle of nowhere after taking local trains and buses!), but they seemed not understanding what we wanted to visit. (which was an easy thing: the art rice fields, among other things)

This is a great hotel. Two years ago we stayed at the Art Hotel here, that was a bad choice with mediocre breakfasts and loud groups. Blossom Hotel is quiet, uncrowded and very comfortable with fabulous breakfast served to your room. We will recommend this hotel!
