No on-site car park, size of room (but you pay what you get)

Hotel price included breakfast which had a hearty and generous spread.

Room can be cosier, bed can be more comfortable

All staff is very nice. The breakfast is good.Onsen is so small but good.

My room is so small. It's not comfortable when we stayed in the room. I have to sit on the bed while the other walk around the room.

Centrally located in Hirosaki for main high street, shops and walkable to Hirosaki Castle . Wonderful welcome, small business style hotel but with lovely touches that made you feel right at home from happy hour drinks when checking in ( local sake/ cider / apple juice )and a fantastic pillow selection to ensure you get the perfect nights sleep.

Typical Super Hotel quality. Smart, clean, efficient. Great value for money.

If only it is nearer to Hirosaki Station.

The onsen is quiet small and the hours are somewhat inconvinient.

This was a typical Super Hotel, with excellent breakfast, great location, and convenient passcode used to access the door of the room. No complaints at all.

Good value for money- welcome drink, breakfast, and onsen were included with my stay. I appreciated the little things they provided too, like bath salts and soothing leg patches.

Their service is really great. There are various welcome drinks until 8 pm like apple juice, alcohols, coffee etc. Breakfast is really great too. Room is quite small but it's functional. Parking is availabke and fee is 500 yen per night. there are many types of pillows for chosing too.

Nice location, close to the station and to the restaurants area. 15 min walk from Hirosaki castle.Very clean, with good breakfast buffet changing every day. Small but nice and refreshing thermal baths. Friendly staff.

Rooms are very small, no closet. Air ventilation runs daily but not very effective. Bathroom in room very small, water from tap tastes not so good.

The hotel chain, Super Hotels, has a great breakfast selection, focused on natural ingredients and local delicacies. Also, when you arrive at this particular chain, they give you a welcome drink at the bar, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. When I was there, they had several different types of local apple juices, a speciality of Aomori prefecture - a bit like wine-tasting but with apple juices!I also liked the fact that there was an onsen bath, although it's a public bath it's well worth it.

The hotel takes about 15-minute walk from Hirosaki station, which isn't particularly far but felt like it when I was carrying 2 x large suitcases in heavy rain.The rooms and bathrooms are on the small side but definitely adequate for one person to stay in.There is only one onsen downstairs, which has certain hours for men and women. There were more hours in the day men could use the bath than women, which felt a little odd but it was ok for the most part.

Breakfast is generous and nice. It just finishes early (8:30am).

The room was small. It was difficult to move inside.

The rooms were comfortable and the onsen was extremely relaxing. You're also able to choose your own pillows in case you want some more.

The accommodation is around a 15 minute walk from Hirosaki Station, so it's a tiny bit difficult to get to if carrying luggage. Other than that, it's great.

I loved the customer service the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. On multiple occasions the staff went out of their way to help me or explain things the best they could in English!

Nothing major, the breakfast does go very quick though in the morning so be sure to early.

During check in queue, receptionist serve Japanese behind my queue before serving me. When I ask, you serve Japanese first he simple said she waited long.

A little bit expensive
