Hotel Rural Casablanca

The view from the hotel is great, you can admire both the ocean and the volcano at the same time if its clear enough. The staff of the hotel is super friendly and polite.

The hot tub os not available to all the guests but is within 1 room. This is not specified in the hotel description. The location is a bit remote, you definitely need a car to access.

The property was lovely, in a great location, staff were friendly and then everyone vanished, there were no facilities closer than a few Kilometres away, it was empty apart from guests in their rooms. The room was not clean, had a window pane missing, there was dirt on the window sill in the bathroom that had been there for months and I could hear the people next door as if they were in the same room as me. Its a shame, I would have driven home the same day if it had been possible, I left at 7.30am the next morning, not bothering with the paid breakfast.

The paper thin walls between rooms, the lack of cleanness and the complete lack of staffed services.

Repetetive breakfasts (though always fresh), rooms could have been a little bit cleaner when we arrived (rather dusty than dirty), when asked for tidying up the room we only got our sheets redone and not changed

The location was great and peacefull enviorment

The coffee was cold and no handsoap in our bedroom. You did not see much of the staff but every one was very polite.

Great covered swimming pool. Very nice breakfast. Complimentary snacks and coffee and tea available 24/7 in main dining area. Great view from dining area patio. Plenty of parking. Supermarkets not too far away by car.

My apartment (one of 3) was nice and spacious but very dark due to being in the middle with limited exterior windows in kitchen area and nothing on entrance side. Distances to the beaches were misleading.

Place is amazingly beautiful and big but not crowded. The place where the breakfast has place, is open 24/7 and is provided with microwave, you cannot order food beyond breakfast but is greatly comfortable being able to use this facilities. Swimming pool 24/7 open.

My room was amazing. Only little detail is that there were ant in the toilet. Not many and just in the sink, like not a big problem, but they were there.

The service was well-done and the staff very friendly, the common rooms are simply equipped, but comfortable and quiet.

With just two tiny windows in the door, the private room is difficult to air, and the closet exuded a heavy smell of fungus, which is a pitty, because otherwise the appartment would have been very nice!

The bedroom had a large comfortable bed with very good bed linen and an excellent ensuite shower room with good towels. The swimming pool and refreshments room open all hours with hot drinks readily available was a bonus. It was all very clean. The premises were secure our room had good views of Teide.

We found the steep road access difficult to follow even with Google as we mistook some of the roads to alleyways. Some signage in the village would have helped.

The view of the ocean and town from the terrace and breakfast area was amazing, the staff were all super nice and friendly and the room looks even nicer in real life than in the pictures

Car park can get very full at times, but there is plenty of safe and free parking just outside the gates too

Perfect place! Beautiful views, very nice service, everything clear and good contact with the staff. Clean and spacious apartment, it looks like it was cleaned and the staff takes care of the guests. Well-kept and clean place, delicious breakfasts, large selection. I really highly recommend it, it's rare to find such a good, friendly and clean hotel. Lovely place

Need to drive 20 minutes up the mountain - a lot of time and slightly stressful, but it’s fun and you get great view )

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel.It was close to nature and I loved waking up to bird songs and to the view of Mt Teide.The view to the sea from the restaurant was beautiful as well.The room was really clean and the bed and armchair was so comfortable I wish I could have them at home.The staff were very friendly, smiley and supportive.I will definitely be back to this place :)

Very friendly staff. The location was just perfect for my hiking trips to teide N.P. and other great places in the vicinity .... Good breakfast, the pool and public transport nearby really added up to an exceptional experience....I'll be back :-)

We really liked this place with beautiful ocean view and garden.The beds were comfortable, everything was clean.Breakfast was sufficient.Wonderful, large, clean and warm pool.

Some rooms should have better lighting

We very much liked the finca

The football field across the street because they literally block the road. We waited in car for at least half an hour on the main street to enter into the finca (our temporary home). This is happened more than 2 times in a week

Typical canarian houses, calm atmosphere, nice view, fabulous (interior) swimming pool (24/24)

Just be aware that the place is a bit far in the land, but that brings calm
