Precise Resort Tenerife

It is right on the ocean (or, better to say,, in the ocean). First time I see such location.And it has private parking (subject to availability, but in mid January there were plenty of free places!!!) Almost impossible to find it in this part of town, so for us it was a deal-breaker to choose this hotel. And we got increadicle view as a bonus ?

The hotel is away from the city. On the other hand, there is a free shuttle to the beach, city, i think even to airport. Within walking distance to Lora park (none of which we needed for this trip). BUT there is a private parking!!! So the hotel for us was perfect!

Great staff and very clean room. Love the sea view from the room and hotel. I like there was enough garage parking throughout our stay.

Gym could be more clean and include newer equipment.

The outside area is nice with mini-golf and climatized pool.The view from the room to the ocean was amazing.

The hotel desperately needs a renovation. From outdated carpet to calcified faucets, it feels you've time traveled to 1990 but with 2025 prices.Dinner was simply disappointing, especially the grill. They had someone dedicated to the grill, but with the restaurant nearly empty, they had pre-grilled all the lamb chops, and just re-heated them for you. To be fair, breakfast was much better.

Breakfast was decent. We had a pool view, which was OK. The room size was enough for two people.

The only thing that I found a bit lagging behind other amenities was the WiFi connection.

Our stay was perfect. Clean rooms, extremely friendly and helpful staff, wonderful breakfast and an incredible view from the room. I loved it. Tenerife is lovely place!!! I hope to return soon ?

Breakfast is good. Personal is very kind and helpful. These were the best things.

Room with sea view is extremely noise. It's very hard to sleep and rest. This is a major improvement opportunity. Other people complained about the same.

Breathtaking views, amazing exotic garden, lots of space with lots of daily light everywhere (lounge rom, dining room, bar etc.). The room were very clean and very good standard. The food was good.Even though the hotel wears the signs of time it still retains a luxurious feel.

The reception didn’t tell us about the daily events the hotel held, so we only learned about them on our last day there, where it was too late. We would have very much liked to participate in those events if we had been told about them

It’s in a beautiful location on a cliff top with beautiful gardens. It’s very quiet. The staff were lovely and reception staff were really helpful when we had to extend our stay and allowed us to keep the same room. We really appreciated that

The Wi-Fi was not good but it is being upgraded and improved so it will be better soon

Breakfast, staff, reception and bar.I liked the tennis courts but not the organisation running them who were rude and charged too much and not what was advertised on their website.

Noise from the sea on the rocks. It was quite stressful and noisy.Tennis court organisers were dreadful

- friendly staff- very nice pool and other activities on site (padel, yoga, pilates, bingo) - very nice view of the ocean, the coastline and the sunset- good breakfast- nice lounge for drinks

- very noisy because of the ocean, the windows of the balcony weren’t very helpful to mask the noise (we had a sea view room, don’t know if it is the same on the other side of the hotel)- expensive parking, but we used the free one across the street next to the baseball field, though it was in a dirt field (be careful because there aren’t crosswalks)

The service and the staff was absolute amazing. We had a baby with us and they were very observant all the time to help. I would recommend this for everyone. Both couples and family.

The suite was a bit oldschool but they were renovating so it’s been fixed

Super friendly staff, very good exercise facilities (gym, tennis). Pool and restaurants were also up to standard. Beautiful views of both the sea and mountains.

Some problems with key cards and slight wear-and-tear in the bathroom, but nothing major.

Perfect location: first row and amazing view at the ocean. You hear the sound of the ocean.Nice swimming pool and 10 min walking to Puerto de la Cruz, where you can find restaurants and beaches. Top!

Staff were super helpful special shout to Richi, Elvira,Julia ,Ariana and Hen . Made my son feel special and helped us out with local travel and we're overall super friendly staff. Breakfast buffet needs a lot of improvement as well as the dinner buffet
