Novallure Short Stay Apartments

The property is to close to the train way. This was a big issue.When someone speak in other room I can hear. And my neighbours were not quiet, they laughting aloud in the midnight. The ladies who clean make really much noise.

Everything like small details was meticulously taken care of. The apt was clean with a nice balcony and view.We would definitely stay again. Thanks

Staircase.. Too narrow and gets difficult to carry big bags.

Convenient, comfortable room, good location if you have a car. No staff but when the cleaning crew is there, they are very helpful

Missing simple items like bottle/can openers. Not every room has an oven to heat a pizza. Not walkable location to restaurants or grocery stores.

The noice of the tram passing by is kind of loud.

- Too close to the train rail bridge and it caused noise until 2 AM every night. No good for visitor.- The stair way is extremly dangerous. Very narrow and super high. Not suitable for big luggage and eldery. I almost fell off the stair tried to bring the luggage up and down. - Too far away from the nearest train station. Good place for local, not for visitor.

The property is as what it looks like in the picture, it's clean and they have complete amenities. The soap itself it's from Rituals, which was really nice. They provide coffee & tea, washing machine complete with the laundry tablets. The area is near trem & train station so you can access the city easily.

As mentioned in a lot of reviews, the hotel is near train station, the wall is not soundproof & the window is not sealed. My room is on the 3rd floor with round stairs & they don't have any lift, they didn't mention this in any of their descriptions or check-ins instructions, so be careful if you have big luggage.On the first day, we want to do our laundry but we can't because there's an issue with the 'Start' button in the washing machine. We also asked a sheet cover for the duvet for the sofa bed. We contact the admin via whatsapp, they replied so rudely with many "!!!!", and they said we can't get a sheet cover for the duvet. Not sure what they're problem is, i asked nicely. So hospitality can be improved.The day after, a handyman came to fix the washing machine.

Convenient location if you have a car. The apartment is decent and the beds are nice.

The smell from the shower was very strong throughout the stay, so the window had to be open to air it out every day. The apartment was supposed to be on the ground floor (booked specifically for someone who has difficulty using stairs), but during check-in it turned out the apartment was on the first floor instead.

Metro was 7 minute away from the apartment, that was convenient to get to the central hague. It was spacious and bright. We had enough of kitchenette and some coffee and tea to make. Check in was easy and fast.?

Overall, it was a great stay but if we could add anything:1. As there is kitchen it would be great to have some kind of oil to cook for the short stays 2. Also, we didn’t have salt (I guess it was empty after previous guests)3. The bathroom is very small and when you shower water is all over the place, so it would be nice to have some towel for the floor (I guess due to this issue it also has weird smell)4. Pan was quite old and it was hard to clean it.

Location, spacious balcony (ground floor), wider rooms (second stand third floors), price, staff, kitchen equipment and supplies.

Safety measures at it’s bathrooms and stairs particularly for kids and elderly. And no room cleaning unless requested two days back !

Clean and bright apartment. The terrace with a view on the canal below was nice.

Nothing really, just the sound of the metro i did not expect. But you quickly forget about it. .

Clean and big appartment in good location. Parking was free in the area of the hotel. You can rent a bicycle If you want.

Good location

I stayed at the top floor and the stairs were quite narrow and steep.

I really enjoyed the proximity of the property to the train and tram station. Aside from that, the room where we stayed has the most beautiful view from the balcony, overseeing the lush green trees lined along the canal bank while a train passes by. The room was complete with amenities, free coffee, creamer, sugar, a hairdryer, iron, kettle and also a kitchenette where you can cook, there’s utensils and pots also a fridge and a washing machine. Really good value for the money. We went to Amsterdam and the route going there was fast coming from the apartment.

I think it’s just the noise from the train passing by. Just that. But I was still able to sleep well during the 3 nights stay.

- Good price for Den Haag- When we had problems with the heating, the staff had a plumber come over to fix it.

- Very bad location: You have a kitchen but no supermarket in under ~30mins of walking time.- The apartments are right next to a train line which is very loud.- Dirty room: Dark stains in the bathroom, dirty dishes and kitchen.- You hear every step of your neighbors.- The rooms are much smaller than they appear in the pictures.

The room is very clean, and surounding area is lovely with a river nearby. I like the style of the room.

A very steep stairs to go upstairs if your flat is not on the ground floor, if you travel with elderly or children. Parking nearby seems full most of the time but you should be able to find one spot to park for free.

Nice location, easy check-in through code and keybox. Towel heater in the bathroom was on ?. The room temperature was therefore quite high. Should probable have asked if someone knew how to shut this off.

The location was ideal for us as it is close to my daughters house who we were visiting. We had an issue with the key to the door and they were able to fix it within minutes. (bearing in mind this is an unstaffed block of apartments with no reception or other facilities, I was pleased at the speed of attendance). We were upgraded to another room in the end

Furniture spartan and although upgraded to a room with a separate bedroom it was so narrow that it was difficult to get in and out of bed. I managed to switch the light on squeezing past the switch in the middle of the night!

Do not stay here. The whole experience was dreadful.

My apartment had the most awful stench of human faeces running through the entire apartment for the full duration of my stay. The customer service I received when trying to deal with the matter was also terrible. The management have refused to offer any form of compensation to me. A colleague of mine also recently stayed here and his room smelled of smoke as he entered. There was no ability to increase the room temperature so it was cold for the duration of his stay. He too said the customer service was extremely poor and failed to amend the situation.Do yourself a favour and find some accommodation elsewhere.

Decor, shower pressure, location

Bed, would prefer a double bed. No side table or shelves next to the bed.

I liked everything. So comfortable that I could just live here, beautiful vive and homy feeling. It was great and had everything that I needed. And what was not there or needed to be checked was taken care of by the hotel staff (super kind and responsive people also via messages in the booking app). I got an apartment with a small terrace, which was fantastic. Enjoyed the sun during the day and the clear sky at night... I was lucky enough to see a sky full of stars during my stay there. I can't say more that it was absolutely perfect.
