Pros +
- Great spa for great price.
- Proximity to airport
- We requested two double rooms with twin beds close to each other and received rooms almost opposite across the hallway on the same floor, which was highly appreciated. The staff was friendly, at check-in, breakfast and check-out.There was mineral water and other refreshments in the minibar in the rooms. The overall look and feel was nice and sufficient parking onside. Also located closely to the highway, just a few kilometers (like 5 min drive on the highway) from the north-south highway. We were allowed to have our four-legged furry friend to stay in the room at a little surcharge.
Cons -
- The breakfast was mediocre. The scrambled eggs smelled strange.
- Issues with elevator & key
- The mattress was hard as well the pillows, but as I was tired I didn't mind too much. The breakfast choices where limited and of an acceptable quality level, but the coffee was by far the worst I have had in Italy (which came as an unpleasant surprise as the Italians generally know what good coffee is).

Conveniently located a 20-minute drive from the airport, the hotel offers complimentary private parking—a boon for road trippers. Rooms are clean, and the robust water pressure in the shower (a rarity in many older Italian hotels) made for a refreshing stay.
The hotel’s age—likely operational for several years—shows in its dated rooms and uninspired design. Timing our stay during Milan Design Week, when city-wide hotel value plummets, made the £400 cost for two nights feel particularly steep given the lacklustre service and basic amenities. Breakfast was a perfunctory affair; had time permitted, a McDonald’s fuel stop would have offered more appeal.
Location is good . Breakfast is modest
The staff was not professional. Cleaning lady opened the door twice and got into the room without a notice or knocking on the door. The management didn't respond professionally. There seem to be no protocol to stick to.This happened twice although after the first time, the reception was Could not think of a worse experience.
Nice spacious room, very clean. Soft lights. Good curtains with 100% darkening effect. King size comfy bed. Big bathroom with walk-in shower. Silent lift. Free parking available in front of the hotel. Friendly staff, particularly the cleaning and breakfast people
The hairdryer was strange (didn't blow properly) and smelly. We had only one extra pillowHeavy traffic noise, even to be heard in the 3th floor (insonorization to be improved)Breakfast room small and crowded. Very little choice of ham and cheese
Big rooms, clean,
Restaurants timingsDental kit, shaving kit not present
This was the 5th time we stayed at Palace Hotel Legnano for a family visit. Very attentive staff, nice spacious rooms that are cleaned daily, comfortable beds and good breakfast included. This was the first time we were joined by our son (8 mo old) and the hotel staff went above and beyond to accommodate him by providing a good baby bed and changing us to a room with a bath so he could be bathed. We’ll be back again soon!
If there would be anything that could be improved, it would be having fresh orange juice at breakfast.
The room was nice and comfortable. I was traveling with two dogs and staff was very nice and accommodating with the dogs.
Staff courtesy
Not the best location in town. The hotel restaurant was closed and I couldn’t find a good restaurant close by
location and staff
coffee machine for breakfast very slow to make coffee
Spacious, comfy rooms, with a good bathroom. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful.
The double bed was two single beds combined, which is fine except they weren’t the same firmness. Overall, the mattress and pillows weren’t comfortable.
close to where we needed to be clean and tidy friendly staff
air con didn’t work , never slept much due to being to hot , opened window and we had mosquito bites
I liked the hotel was very clean, a five star to Brigida at the reception she is absolutely excellent and professional. She made my stay easy by finding taxi everytime and having welcoming and smiley people when you arrive in a city is a major asset!
I didn't like the fact that for a single woman is a bit decentered by attractions and Milan..very few taxi in the area and no Uber. You have only an excellent Japanese restaurant, supermarket in 5 min from the hotel, except that nothing.
clean and comfortable
restaurant facilities are closed for some reason but was nothing on their own website or booking.com to tell you that. so no room service available.Breakfast very disappointing as very slow at refilling anything. not many people in breakfast but no eggs and bacon and topped it up once in 30 mins. lots of people came and went with not a lot to eat as the pastries etc had all run out and weren’t refilled.
location and quiet place
old beds and pillows, to me air condition was not working well and room was ambient most of the time. breakfast is below average.
coming here now few times. All good, nicely run hotel with friendly staff and good value for money. Sleeping here is just good, with few nice Italian restaurants in the direct neighborhood; try for example la Trattoria San Martino or Osteria al Vintum :-)
the location. the cleanliness, cordial staffs, accomodating rooms
the breakfast buffet in which few are the choices
Continental breakfast with good quality and sevice
Poor choise at the restaurant but underarandable due to the pandemic and the few guests in the hotela
Nice clean rooms, located somewhat closer to Malpensa airport.
To be fair, could be due to Covid, but disappointed that for the price, there is no restaurant, no room service except for maybe coffee, no food menu. This could be improved for sure.
