- Location was perfect, minutes from everything, easy to reach on foot from the bus station, seconds away from a piazza with huge cathedral.Room was air conditioned to perfection on arrival, I had a view of the street and edge of the square, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. I had such a good night's sleep. Staff were excellent, I was warmly welcomed and they were super helpful. I will definitley return to this gem!
Cons -
- Nothing but I suggest to have like late check out at least until 4,and the costumers pay ,no problem .Because some times we have late plan .
- Need make it more handicap accessible . A lot of steps need railings on some of the walls to hold on to while traveling the steps
- Nothing :)

Nothing :)
In the entire of the town, close to the main square and the Cathedral in a historic building superbly modernised.
Quite, clean, soft comfortable bed
Not a lot to do in area
Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Walking distance everywhere. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast for 8 Euros.
The staff at this hotel are so professional and kind. My husband collapsed and was rushed to Marsala hospital with a head injury and an inflamed intestine. I was beside myself with worry. The young people at reception found me a taxi driver to pick me up from the hospital after a night asleep on a wheelchair in A & E, put me into a lovely room with a balcony that overlooked the old town and the staff were so sweet and attentive to me when I was on my own at breakfast that I will be eternally grateful to them. Their English was perfect as was their patience. Their frequent refrain was " We are here for you". And they were. Thank you so very much.
Disappointing Experience - Barely 3 Stars
I booked this hotel expecting a 4-star experience, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. Upon arrival, I found the room unclean, with a very old and stained carpet that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. To make matters worse, it smelled terrible! The breakfast offering was definitely not up to 4-star standards and came at the ridiculous price of €8 per person. In the end, the staff offered to waive the parking fees to compensate for the discomfort, but it was too little, too late.Overall, this place is not worth the money. An Airbnb would have been a much better choice. Avoid this hotel if you’re looking for quality and comfort.
The breakfast was more than enough. You can choose from a variety of food.Even though the check in time is kind of late, the staff let us store our bags earlier.
Super friendly and helpful receptionist - I did not get her name, but she spoke excellent English too.The room was really, really comfortable, with good air conditioning, very comfortable furnishings (pillows, duvet etc) and had a bonus walkway with a partial view of the main square.
It's a bit dated in design, functional, but dated. The breakfast could have been of a higher quality in the juice and yoghurt selection, but the cheeses were good.
good breakfast.
We had a small parcel to post and had asked then staff member on duty when we left for some tape or the use of a stapler.he refused and stated they had neither. I could see the stapler from where I was standing and he used it to staple together our receipts when we left. This exceptional rudeness is the first in my experience in travelling in italy and i have been coming here since the '70's. I will be pursuing this with corporate Europe. i will be contacting the relevant senior people at corporate USA until i am satisfied. What a pathetic, rude little boy : que bambino maleducato.
The person at the reception desk responded to our complaint about the first room we were given.
The first room we were given had a carpet that was absolutely filthy, truly disgusting. I insisted that we change rooms.Breakfast was minimal.Parking was on the street, not in a private garage as the reception desk person had told us.The location was not central, and getting to the hotel with a car was a nightmare.
Excellent position in the city center.Nice and helpful people.
Would have expected more sicilian products for breakfast.Lighting to be improved.
Location is literally right behind the main square. Easy walk to all the main sites. Staff were friendly and accessible throughout my stay. Although I didn't need it, breakfast did cater for coeliac requirements - just ask the staff. Bed was comfortable. I had a small balcony which was lovely.
Air con was a bit twitchy on the second day of my stay, but my room stayed cool. There is a school at one side of the building (the opposite side from the main entrance), which was a bit loud on the third morning while the kids waited for class, but it wasn't too bad. The shower was a little small, but it had a power spray attachment that made up for it.
The hotel is in the heart of the historic centre, so you can just walk out to the sights as well as bars and restaurants. Having valet parking was a real bonus.
Breakfast was great value for money at €5 per person Car parking is great too, they have an area to park to get luggage then they park the car in the garage for € 5 per night, great value
Right in the centre of town across from main square. The room we were allocated was obviously an unexpected upgrade as it was amazing. Huge outside patio looking straight at the church with chairs. The bathroom was excellent and bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. I think it helped we were outside peak tourist season but hotel looked after us very well.
Nothing stands out.
Room was nice and welcoming. Staff was kind and helped always. The breakfast was with multiple options to choose, but it could be little bit more interesting (it should change a little bit, because every day was the same). But overall I suggest it.
Internet speed was slow and sometimes unreliable.
the hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great.
Parking.
I saw some really poor reviews for this hotel but I really liked it. It is slam in the middle of the Marsala pedestrian area and my room had a stunning view of the Chiesa Madre. By that, I mean that the window opened straight on to it. It is all reconstructed thanks to Allied bombing in May '44. Marsala has a genuine feel to it; not a tourist town at all. This is 5 mins from the archaeological park of Lilybaeum where you can see the Punic Ship. And there is a bus to Mozia as well.
They do need to do something about the lighting in the rooms. And skip breakfast : there are so many other options nearby. I recommend spremuta of orange and pomegranate in the square or coffee and a pasta at Caffe Communale.
