The grounds were beautiful and very well maintained.The breakfast room and the food were outstanding.

The room was modern and well decorated although not ideal for 2 women friends as the shower and tub are enclosed by glass only without any privacy and there is nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom .The access road or very well hidden! It is a dangerous corner to pull out onto the main road

The villa offered a wonderful stay overall. The setting was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and well-kept, and the pool was a real highlight. Staff were kind and attentive, and the food was excellent. It’s a lovely place to unwind and enjoy some peace.

That said, it would have been more convenient if payments could be made during the stay rather than all at check-out, especially for groups, as splitting bills at the end was a bit tricky. At times the evenings could also get slightly noisy due to weddings held on site.

This property is gorgeous. I had much lower expectations from viewing online, and was surprised when we arrived as it was exceptional. I wish we had time to enjoy the facilities.

Unfortunately on our room wing, every time a guest opened the secure door to the wing, the room doors would loudly bang due to the air movement from the hallway. It was excessively loud and woke me tho king someone was trying to force the door to our room. Also, it may have been due to off season and low guest count, but the workers were doing work late into the night. They were moving some large equipment or something below the rooms and it was extremely disruptive. The room was shaking and it was very loud. I don’t usually complain about noise but these two issues took away from my enjoyment of the stay.

Only stay here if you’re in the main hotel.

This hotels images are misleading, for my booking they only showed images for the main building with modern rooms, and after booking I was told we would be in one of the bungalows which were small cabin like structures away from the hotel, which had mould on the outside and ants on the floor by the door. When we asked for a room inside the hotel they said it’s not possible and that there was nothing they could do.

The grounds were beautiful and huge and the whole place looks great, The pool area and yurt type " bungalows" were hidden in greenspace! I think it was an old winery in Marsala and now also a conference and event/ reception space. Breakfast was so varied and top notch quality. Rooms were spacious and had a cute outdoor space. Reception greeting and check in was friendly and efficient. Plus only a 5 min drive to old town free parking outside Porta Nuova!

You have to " buy" or rent a pool towel and you have to also buy a bathing cap if you do not have one in order to use the pool. Also when you exit property if they don't open the gate you need to get out of car and press the button. A bit annoying but o ly occasionally.

Pool area and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Breakfast is very nice, but is mainly sweet rather than savoury. The bungalow is perfect for a couple and good value for money. Location is good with a nice sea view from the main part of the hotel but a car is recommended unless you are willing to walk or pay for taxis (which the hotel does offer).

The dinner menu was quite small.The bar closed early on one night which was disappointing (but was lovely on the other night). Would be nice if you could order drinks from the poolside area.

Magnifique large gardens and nice pool!Breakfast was good with fresh fruit and nice sweet and salty dishes!

Bungalow would definitely need to be repeintes from the exterior, since of the room just ok, bathroom was fairly small

Dear booking and management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment with my current stay at the Villa favorita , which has led me to check out a day earlier than planned, on Monday morning.I traveled to attend a significant family event, a baptism for my nephew, and was shocked by the lack of basic amenities and services that I expected from what is purportedly a luxury hotel.Firstly, the hotel did not have an iron available for me to press my clothing. Instead, I was told that pressing services required a request a day in advance, as they send clothes out to be ironed. This is entirely unacceptable for a hotel that markets itself as luxurious.Additionally, while the staff was polite, their limited English proficiency made communication extremely difficult, which significantly detracted from my experience.Furthermore, I was astounded to find that the hotel did not have a gym or even a suitable space for working out. In a hotel of this supposed caliber, I assumed this would be a basic provision.Given the numerous issues I encountered, I believe it is only fair that I am not charged for the night I did not stay due to my early departure. My experience at this hotel fell far short of my expectations, and I am deeply dissatisfied. I trust that booking and the management will take these concerns seriously and reflect this feedback in their reviews and ratings for future guests to make informed decisions.Sincerely, Oscar Saucedo

Never step a foot in that place especially if you decide to stay in the bungalow

The bungalow pictures were not even close to the pictures in the website. The rooms were not very clean and the management were not attentive

We only stayed one night here so I splurged and booked the suite with the jacuzzi and it was well worth the expense. I wish we could've stayed longer. The room and bathroom were luxurious, generously sized, comfortable, well-furnished and stylish. Loved the big rain shower. There was a separate room for the Jacuzzi and a very large sunny terrace with chaise lounges, a swinging chair, and a table and chair set. The villa and property are beautifully kept and there is plenty of parking. Breakfast was available and offered plenty of options. It was a relaxing stay.

I was looking forward to relaxing in the pool, but swimming caps are required (you can buy one there) even if you have short hair or don't put your head in the water.

As you would expect from a resort hotel, there were extensive grounds housing the individual chalets, which were spacious and clean. Dinner at the hotel was excellent, and the staff were professional. Breakfast was substantial with lots of variety. Parking onsite was available. Well recommended.

Would have been very nice in summertime. We visited in January on our journey around Sicily.

Beautiful resort property. Loved our little stucco, cabana. The property is very secure and beautiful. The staff is friendly. The breakfast was great.

It was far away from town, but that could be a plus in some situations.
