Great location, superb staff and lovely room.

Stunning hotel, so impressive that we’d return to Marsala just to stay here again. From the elegant lobby to the palm filled courtyard and the spectacular rooftop, every space felt special. The rooms are beautiful, with high ceilings and thoughtful finishes. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the staff were warm and welcoming. I especially loved the little touches like the soaps and slippers, every detail was carefully considered. The location is excellent as well. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation!

The only downside was that the beds were quite hard.

At the time of our visit, the hotel was brand new (July 2025). Everything was pristine. We really liked the location, the beautiful room design and the high ceilings in the room. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great complete with toiletries from a local brand. The rooftop pool was an incredible - the views are unreal. Breakfast was fantastic - the garden was beautiful, breakfast selection was great and everything was fresh and the service was 10/10. Thank you for a memorable stay.

Pool, rooms, bar, and breakfast were stunning. This place is a no brainer if you want an elevated experience. Staff was very attentive.

We had a small jacuzzi issue

Location, rooms, beds and services all were amazing. Staff very friendly and they went above and beyond all expectations. Rooftop terrace and pool affords amazing views. Fantastic breakfast with traditional meats, cheeses and pastries and also cooked to order eggs.

Parking was a bit challenging as the hotel is in the pedestrian city center. Once that was sorted out, after an 8-10 min walk to the hotel, car is not needed for the rest of the stay. Having said that, location is fantastic, the heart of Marsala is right outside the hotel entrance.

Our kids loved the hot tube on our veranda and breakfast was incredible. Great place to explore the city.

The staff at the happy hour is professional and friendly. The hors d'ouvres were fantastic. The remodeling done is stunning. This is an impressive hotel with lots of potential. The breakfast was superb and front desk marvelous and informed.

There are several areas of our stay that merit further review by management. There is no parking and getting a leased vehicle to the hotel is virtually impossible. I would send a print out to future guest listing were to park and how the parking lots operate in Marsala. Second, across the Dome, there is a dee jay bar/bistro and the music is loud. It was supposed to end at 11:30 pm, it did not end until about 12:30 am. The noise kept us up and it was annoying. we were told this happens Fri and Sat--when we were staying there. We did not get good sleep. Third, the shower drain was not working properly, while it drained, water collected and the puddle took time to drain. The hotel opened in October 2024, this is the type of problem that happens on occasion, generally after reopening. This is not something that should have happened. This was reported to the front desk. Fourth, the room should have better instructions regarding how the thermostats work. We wanted a cooler temperature and could not figure out how to do that. If these mundane things can be straightened out and an agreement can be worked out with the deejay bistro dance club regarding noise, that would benefit guests. So, this is a work in progress and this is the reason for the rating.

Lovely roof top and rooms

Everything was perfect but some additional options (vegan for example) would be a great addition to the breakfast and coffee in the room would be also appropriate.

Some items are missing in the room. e.g. Reading lamps at the bed, free standing mirror.

parking is on street.The hotel is in the old town centre with very narrow streets.You can park in a public car park for free beside the Cine Impero .The hotel is about 3 minutes walk through the city gate across the road.
