The staff was nice and helpful (especially Roberto); breakfast & location were all fantastic! We also got to borrow paddleboards, which was a really fun experience!

We wanted to go for a bike ride, but most of them were in poor condition—only one was actually usable

Where do we start? the photos on line are not what we were greeted with. the pool is a disgrace the grounds are unkept. the interior is out dated. the front door handle came off in my hand when I went to open it to go outside. there was no lift facility so had to carry suitcases up the stairs. Room was also not the bright airy image you are sold on the images, it was dark with a really uncomfortable bed and a 70s bathroom. the breakfast was very basic with only sweet options.

Extremely Disappointed - Run-Down Hotel and Unprofessional Management

We booked this hotel for 6 nights but left after just one due to the extremely poor condition of the facilities. Everything was very run-down, especially the bathrooms and the outside pool area, which were far below any acceptable standard. The overall state of the property was neglected and disappointing and did not reflect the advertised images on booking.com. The worst part was the unprofessionalism of the hotel management. We agreed with the manager to receive a refund of 600€ for the 4 unused nights—a promise made with a handshake. However, despite multiple calls and emails over several days, we only received 180€. This is not how you treat paying customers. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and professional experience.

We spent 2 weeks at Relais Lo Stagnone and had a lovely time. Our room was comfortable, very clean and everything worked well. The rooms are cleaned daily and sheets and towels changed regularly. There is plenty to eat for breakfast, both sweet and savoury, and the ladies who make the coffee are happy to accommodate the most extravagant drinks requests. There are bicycles, canoes and other equipment which guests can use for free as well as a barbecue in the communal outdoor kitchen and a washing machine, which we really appreciated. Some things (the pool, the back garden area, the bicycles) could do with a bit of attention, but this does not detract from the overall experience of the place. A great thing about this hotel is the location: it has a wonderful view of the lagoon with the Egadi Islands and the Island of Mozia visible in the distance. A pontoon right outside the main gate is a lovely place for sunbathing and enjoying the view. The sunsets were particularly memorable. A big thank you to the manager and the staff for making our stay just right!

Very good family facilities, swimming pool, poolside swing beds, loungers, bikes, trampoline, water sports equipment- kayaks, paddle boards, use of a private rooftop sun loungers and jacuzzi with our room. Friendly, helpful staff, clean spacious room and lovely breakfast. Overall lovely stay. Location is great for cycling on cycle path along the sea, to salt pans, mills, restaurants- really beautiful.

Although, it has so much to offer, some things need some more love and care - bike servicing and pool maintenance. But we did love this stay overall and throughly enjoyed our short stay.

No beach but you can swim if you walk out on the several piers that jut out onto lagoon.

Location, very near ther airport. It´s some kind of a (kite) surfists Hotel, which give it a bit of a curious vibe (different from the very turistics places of the island).

Nice personnel, clean rooms, good location close to airport and waterfront. Very good coffee in the bar. We checked in after 02:00 am, great they waited for us and allowed to check in, however 60 eur charge was paid (4 rooms)

The place needs renovation, especially the pool area and facade of the building. Pictures look much better vs reality. The 60 eur charge for late night booking seemed too much, however still better than to wait for morning to check in.

Too far away from towns on a one way road for miles. So had to hire to car which we don’t like to do

The breakfast was OK. The staff was very helpful & friendly. The property could have been better manicured but the location was lovely.

The room had a musty/meldew odor. The pool needs a better ladder.

Beautiful views for sunset and sunrise near sea.Friendly staff and helpfull.Great for walks near sea and for surfers.

Without a car is hard to move around because restaurants and shops are about 30 minutes by foot but if you have a car is fine.

good location if you are planning to kitesurf (swimming not so much / beaches are not really good for that). Interesting things to visit around - a lot of history within an hour drive .. quiet place (we went in Apr) with everything you may need - terrace, hot shower, colling/heat, excellent breakfast .. Owner is a around and friendly

during the season we visited the outdoor space were a bit .. looking like under renovation..

Pictures seems to be at least 10 years old. Place needs some refreshment.Room was small. Water smels. Yard looks sad. Shared kitchen is outside in the yard.

Wide variety to choose from the buffet breakfast. A generous spread with a huge selection of homemade cakes and pastries. Excellent, especially given that this is inclusive of the price! You would pay 20 to 30 euros in a cafe per person. Lovely well stocked bar, if you chose to relax in the hotel after a days kite surfing etcLocation could not be better. Superb. The lagoon is beautiful. The cycle path towards Marsala and Trapini is impressive.Excellent value for money.The staff are helpful and on hand to attend to matters of transportation etcThe shuttle to and from the airport is reasonably priced, given taxi are very expensive on the island.

Bed could have been more luxurious, but I still slept well. Some attractive bedding would make a substantial difference.It’s a pity there is no public transport to take guests to Marsala or Trapani. If only 3 times a week.Taxis are very expensive in Sicily.

Room was great and the stuff was very friendly. Location is great. Parking is good.

I dont think it is reasonable that they charge you for bottle water. The tap water is salted and undrinkable.
